(A/N) I decided to do a chapter from Carter point a view. Also it's actually like a filter chapter

Carter POV:
Hannah and Tom woke me up around 6 this morning and told me I should get ready cause my sister will be here. I was so excited, I got up and did my morning routine and got ready and walk downstairs.
I wonder when did she decided she was finally going to come and see me. I know Tom and Hannah told me that she probably won't be back and when she turns 18 she's not coming to get me. But I had all hopes she would. I sat down on the couch looking at the news that was already on the tv.
"Carter, you hungry bubba?" I shake my head.
"No thank you." I kind of hate when she called me that because that was Bella name for me. But she asked me when I first got here do my sister have a name for me and I said she sometimes calls me bubba, then every since she's been calling me the same name. I guess to make me feel at home. I don't know.
"Are you excited about your sister coming?" Tom asked and I nodded.
"Yes." I said and she smile then runs her fingers through my hair. Which I knew she had something to tell me everything she does that.
"But don't get your hopes up about anything she says love, okay?" She said and I nodded. But I knew I wasn't going to believe her. I believe my sister over everything.
"Oh, and don't say anything about you being in a new foster home. Because I know she would probably worry." Hannah said nodding to see if I understood and I nodded.

I heard a knock at the door and I knew that was her and my smile grew bigger.
"Hello you must be Gabriella?" I heard Hannah say.
"I'm Hannah." She said and I watch Tom walk into their site" And this is my husband Tom." She said.
"It's nice to meet you" he said.
"You too." I hear a voice say which I know is Bella.
"Carter! Someone here to see you!" Hannah called.
I run to the door and smiled wide running into her arms. I hold her close not letting go.
"I missed you Bella!" I said as I hold her tight.
"I missed you too Carter." She said.
"I thought you forgot about me." I said and she pulled away but not to much, just enough for a little space between us.
"I promised I would be back, and I keep my promise. I'm here and once I turn 18 you will be living with me." She whisper and I smiled wide.
"You will come back for me?" I asked.
"Of course, you're my baby brother I won't leave you." She said as I hug her tight again and she hug me back tight.
"I guess we should give you both some space yeah?" Hannah said smiling as they went inside and I sit down on the stair outside with Bella.
"You like it here? And what about School?" She asked.
"They nice, and school is okay." I shrugs. They are pretty nice, but I really liked Hellen and John I wish they would of adopted me but Mrs. Jackson told me that Tom and Hannah would love to adopt me. "But I missed you, I kept asking about you. But they said you won't be back for me."I looked down.
"Who said.. Who said that?" She asked.
"Tom and Hannah. They said you won't be back for me that once you turn 18 you will be leaving and probably won't even visit." I said.
She tilt my head up so I was looking at her.
" don't listen to them, I love you so much and I promise I will be back here for you soon. I love you and when I Leave when I'm 18 you will be with me." She said and I nodded smiling softly.
"I love you Bella." He said softly.
"I love you too Carter." I hold him tight.
"Bella." I whisper.
"Yes?" She said.
I look back to the window seeing them standing their an I smiled and turn back slowly hugging her tight and whisper.
"Bella they aren't Hellen and John." I said. She takes a deep breath I holding me.
"I know." She said.

I don't think I have any mistakes but I updated on my phone so I could have miss some spelling errors. But I tried to fix them.
