I notice few chapters ago I said her birthday in a week and like few week has passed so I changed it to in a couple weeks so I will be writing it soon.

I didn't go to school today because Johannah, Carter and I came back from a long day in court. Everything was settle, he and I are now under Johannah. We decided to just go to court and get this out of the way. Now Johannah will be our new foster parents till I'm 18 and ready too leave. I talk to Hannah yesterday and told her everything that was going on and she told me to be careful.

She called the group home and told that I won't be there anymore but tomorrow I will go and get rest my things I had left there. She also talked to the school for Carter sign up for school and he will be starting school tomorrow as well.

Its cloudy and raining, not to cold and not to hot just in the middle. Which I don't mind, I love rain and I love cold weather. It will be spring in a month, but it was already starting to feel like it at times.

I was sitting in the living room with Carter and Louis, louis decided to stay home with us and hang out, which I told him he didn't have to but he did anyways. Johannah was at work and won't be home till 5:30pm. It's 10:30am right now so it will be awhile.

"I won again!" Carter smiled and I laughed and clap, louis pouted like a little child, but then smiles.

Carter and Louis where playing a race game and everytime louis kept losing. Which I know he's just letting Carter win. But then again louis doesn't look so good at this game anyways so who knows.

"You are a pro at this game." Louis said and Carter smiled. "You guys want breakfast?" He asked us as he got up walking to the kitchen.

Carter nodded following him and I followed be hide Carter. "No thanks." I said. Watching him. "I'm not hungry." I added.

"Gabriella you have to eat something. You haven't ate in two days." He said and sighing while fixing Carter and himself bacon, eggs, pancakes and biscuit.

He's right it been two days I've been with them and still haven't ate. But it's just because I haven't been hungry. I do need to eat but I'm not going to try and force it down.

"I know I will eat later, maybe." I said.

He nodded and when he was finish he grabs two plates, puts Carter food on his plate and sets his plate in front of him, then Carter says thank you. Then he grabs his plate and sets it down where he was going to sit. "Want orange juice Carter? Gabriella?" He asked getting up.

"Yes please." Carter said and I started to shake my head but my head did it's own thing and nodded.

"Yes please." I said.

He nodded and grab three glasses and pour orange juice into them and handed us ours then grab his and sits down.

"Thank you." Carter and I said.

"No problem." He smiled an I nodded sitting down.

"So, you glad to go back to school?" Louis asked.

"Eh, I don't really care but I just want to get this school year over with." I said. "Plus I don't have many friends so."

"You shut people out." He said,

"Yeah I know. I'm just not use to having many people talk to me. At my old school most kids ignore me, except few friends, which was like only two people and then my best friend James." I took a sip of my orange juice. "Well my use to be best friend." I mumbled.

"Well, we do want to be your friend." He says while eating. "Plus you are funny, specially when you first came here. I heard a lot about you from random people everyone was talking about you." He chuckled and I looked at him raising an eyebrow. "In a good way." He added laughing and I nodded.

"They all talked about when you got smart to Chelsea, she did not like that at all that someone stood up to her. She also didn't like that all the boys were talking about how hot you are." He said.

"Me?" I choked on my juice. "Me? Hot? Ahaha" I couldn't help but laugh.

"It's true, everyone talk about how hot and pretty you are." He said and I rolled my eyes.

"I was just like eh she's okay." He winks and I rolled my eyes but couldn't help but laugh.

"Kidding, but you are beautiful and sweet, even though you where kind of rude." He said and I nodded.

"Sorry about that." I bite my bottom lip.

"It's fine, I understand a little about you now from what Liam told me about what you where going through." He said and I nodded.

"He cares about you a lot." He said and I nodded.

"Gabby got a boyfriend!" Carter mumbled and giggles. I looked over at him

Ruffling his hair and laughing, and louis laughs too.

"Be quiet I do not."

"Yes you do." He said.

"Just eat!" I rolled my eyes laughing.

I was sitting in my room looking out the window, writing in my journal. While Carter was in the living room with louis. They have been getting along so well which I'm glad. Johannah just got home from work and was working on dinner.

Carter, and I share a nice size room together, which I don't mind because at least we got a place. Johannah said I could have my own room if I wanted to but I said I'm fine with sharing with Carter.

Dear Diary,

Carter is back, I'm so glad he is safe. I don't know what I would do with out him he's like a piece of me, if I lose him I have nothing. I'm staying with the Tomlinson's which is of louis and his mum. She's so kind and nice, louis is nice to and Carter loves him.

My birthday is in a week from now. It's Monday today. I start back school tomorrow so does Carter. Hopefully it goes good.

I heard a knock on the door, I place my pen in my journal and sat it down.

"Come in." I said looking at the door seeing Liam.

"Oh hey." I said.

"Hey Gabriella." He smiled and walked toward me.

"What are you doing here?" I asked.

"Just stop by to see how you and your brother are doing." He said sitting on the edge of my bed.

"We are fine. Thank you." I smiled softly. "Thank you for everything. It really means a lot." I said.

"Don't thank me, that's what friends are for." He said with a smile and I smiled back.

"So.. I was wondering would you like to hang out and then go for some dinner tonight."

"Um, well I'll have to make sure it's okay with Johannah." I said.

"Alright, fine with me." He said smiling.

"I'll go ask now." I said getting up and walking to the kitchen where she was at, liam following right behind me.

"Um.. Johannah I was wondering.. may I go out with Liam tonight? I asked playing with my hands.

"Of course sweetie." She said smiling brightly at me.

Liam smiled at me. "I'll pick you up at 8." He said leaving the house and I nodded watching as he leave and shuts the door behind him.

"Awwwww Gabriella got a date!" Louis called out and I turned around looking at him.

"I don't have a date we are just going out as friends."

"Okay, I'll believe that for now." Louis winked and I rolled my eyes laughing.

"Look at you two acting like family." Johannah said smiling wide and we all laughed.

I haven't laughed this much in a long time, and it felt so good.
