After talking to Hannah and Charlie I decided that we should change up our look a little as soon as possible. At anytime anything can happen. No one knows what will happen in an hour from now, or tomorrow, or the next day, next month, next year. You just have to take each day a step at a time.

I looked in the mirror at myself, running my finger through my dark hair. It didn't look to bad but I just got to get use to it. To be honest I always wanted to dye my hair black I just always wanted to have something different.

"It looks great!" Johannah said smiling at me.

"Really are you sure?" I asked an she nodded.

"It looks beautiful!" Louis said giving me a smile. "I think you look better with dark hair, not saying you look bad before." He added and I laughed.

"Thank you."

Carter hair also looked great. He went from a dirty blonde to brunette with his hair cut shorter. It looks amazing on him and for him just fine, I'm sure he liked it too.

I heard a knock on the door and I ran towards the door looking out the peep hole, it was Liam. I smiled and open the door.

"Hey babe" he smiles leaning in giving me a kiss on the head. "Guess what?"

"Hey, and what?" He smiles and looks over to his side then Alana comes out with a big grin on her face.

"Hi!" She grins wide.

"Oh my god! Alana!" I smiled and grabbing her giving her a tight hug and she does the same. "Come in you guys!" I said.

They both walked in and I shut the door behind them. Following behind them as they walk to the couch sitting down.

"Alana!" I hear Johannah voice and we all turn around. Alana smiles wide running to her and hug her tight. "I'm so happy to see you, you look as beautiful as ever!" Johannah said smiling.

"Thanks Johannah! You look great too!" She smiles wide.

Louis soon comes out and smiles. "Lana! I missed you."

"Louis!" She said giving him a tight hug and he returns it. "I missed you too!" She said then walking back to sit next to Liam.

"Where's your brother?" She asked looking around and I smiled.

"I was just about to introduce you to him." I said looking back and seeing louis leading him to the room. "This is my brother Carter" I said smiling reaching out my hand toward him an he takes it holding it as he walks in front of me.

"It's nice to meet you." She reaches out her hand toward Carter smiling.

"Nice to meet you too." He smiles back and grabs her hand shaking it.

"So what are you going to do now?" She gives me a worry look. I had decided to tell Alana what was going on since she is Liam sister and I didn't want to leave her out of anything.

"I don't really know." I said simply because I really didn't know what i was going to do this was to much.

I haven't told them about the letter I got from Helen that she gave to Carter. I was planning on telling Carter but I had to pick the right time. I didn't want him to be scared because I was here and I was here to protect him no matter what. But sooner or later I had to tell him and about our mum.
