I saw the light.
I saw the end, and before it usually would have scared me but now I feel calm, I feel relieved. This is what is supposed to happen this is my destiny, no on could stop it but we can accept it.
And that is what am doing.
So I walk towards it slowly and cautiously letting it absorb me but then I heard a muffled scream telling me to move away.
Move away from what? I thought all am doing is heading towards the light.
The light grew more intense and eye blinding and i felt as if I saw and flicker of evil lurking in it. But no this is only goodness. So I continued walking till I felt as if I was falling and in reality I truly was.
*•••••••••••••••••••••*
I ran quickly up the building steps afraid I would reach to late, afraid she would be gone before I reach. But she wasn't she was there luckily but she was also away.
I yelled and screamed for her to move away from the ledge to come towards me but she only turned to look at me with the look of daze with a smile of a thousands things and then continued her steps towards the edge.
Am to far. I thought as I ran towards.
Am not going to make it.
Rain began to pour down my eyes as I ran towards her with all my might, because I had to safe her. I need to safe her.
Faster
I willed my legs as she took her last three steps.
Two steps.
Come on almost there.
Her final step.
Please don't.
She fell.
She fell down and I only caught a glimmer of her hair when I reached her.
To late. Am to late.
I then heard it, the gruesome crack of her skull, I knew down there was red paint painted by my sisters blood on the cement.
An animal noise rose from my throat, then a scream.
I screamed till my voice was hoarse, and just wished if I was just a little faster then I could have saved her.
I could have saved her.
These scars wouldn't have been here, she should have been here.
It's all my fault
