The Bigger They Are...

I forgot almost everything about this form of Azriel, it's been so long since Frisk fought him back then, my knees are shaking as I stand against this monstrosity. Yet there is one thing I remember about this fight: He could still take damage.

I run up dodging all of his attacks, launch myself as high as I could with a bone and got right to his screen, he moved away as I was about to attack, but he can't run forever. "You are not getting away Azriel!" I fall back down to the ground and immediately crouch down and send another bone from the ground sending my flying towards him, he tried to move away again while attacking me but I'm too fast for him. I smash into his screen, forcing my knife into it.

9,999,999,999 Damage.

I land back on the ground and look up at him with a smile, but he isn't dead, his health looks full as it says 0. I stare at him for a moment before all of the memories flood back about the fight as Azriel starts to talk.

"You really are an IDIOT! Don't you remember anything about the battle Frisk had with me, I am the GOD of this world now, and as for the SOULs, I see in on your face, you remember how I was defeated now, don't you? Well that's NOT going to happen again! Now I'm the good guy, working to save this world from you, I have to admit, it's kind of boring not being able to do whatever I want, but that's exactly what I can do after KILLING YOU, I can take your SOUL and change EVERYTHING with the power I'll have. NOW DIE!"

He starts to throw everything he has at me, with even more ferocity than I remember when he was fighting Frisk, I'm able to dodge them all easily, but that won't last forever, I need to come up with a plan before I get tired, then it hits me. "The SOULs are working for you for now Azriel, but not for long, I'll take those SOULs for myself if I have to tear them out from your insides!"

I start to charge him, letting myself get hit a few times so I can get as close as I need to be. I start to run up to his face again, and as Azriel covers his face with vines and flamethrowers, I launch myself up to the right, slicing off one of his six tubes connected to the screen, relieving Bravery, Azriel felt it and turned towards me, but it was too late, the SOUL tried to go back to him, so I turned all of the SOULs he had blue and threw them against a wall so I could take the SOUL for myself. I tried to take it and break it so he wouldn't be able to have it, but I absorbed it as I did with all of the Monster SOULs. I'm not sure what has happened to this world, but I like it.

I could feel the power running through me, I was able to turn my SOUL orange using some of its power to make myself invulnerable when moving, phasing through any attacks while also making all of my attacks orange, and although it made me weaker having a lot of my damage coming from my normal SOUL, but it didn't really matter, just absorbing the other SOUL made me stronger and faster than ever. I wanted more. I ran up to him again, he tried to cover up the tubes, but turned my SOUL orange and phased through his vines until I was past them, then turning my SOUL back for the cut, utilizing my abilities to collect the rest of the SOULs.

Patience: giving me the ability to turn my SOUL light blue and invulnerable when standing still, as well as making all of my attacks blue. Perseverance: making my movements follow a grid-like pattern but increasing my speed and overall agility, as well as giving me the power of Karma on all of my attacks. Integrity: Increasing my jump height when blue by an astronomical amount, as well as giving me more control over the amount of gravity I can put on SOULs. Kindness: allowing me to stay still, and bring up a shield, either a bubble all around me or a more condensed and powerful shield on my arms to deflect stronger attacks, while progressively healing myself, but the shield only lasts so long and I can't move very well or attack until I put it down. Lastly, Justice: Giving me the ability to shoot yellow beam attacks out of my hands, with less destructive force but more accuracy.

I have all of them, seven human SOULs of power coursing through me. Azriel returns to his normal form, and I walk up to him. I can see him shaking in fear, he isn't a God anymore, I'm the God, and he knows what's coming next. He looks up to me, about to say something, but I don't care what he has to say anymore.

"Azriel, It's time I finished our plan. To expunge this world, starting with you."

I put down my knife and bend down until I'm inches from his face, I grab his stem and rip him out of the ground, I start tearing off his petals, one by one. I stop for a second after I pulled all of them out, he looks at me with despair, and I look him right in the eyes as I pick up my knife and held him down on the ground, he wasn't dead yet, but he was hurt. I filled back up his health and increased his defense before lifting up my knife, and slamming it down right through his face, cutting through the ground under him.

99,999,999,999,999,999,999 Damage.

He survived the hit, barely, and I filled his health back up, and increased his defense again, over and over, bringing him to the brink.

I get back up, looking down at an ordinary flower with a cut right down the middle of where Flowey's face was. I walk back and look down the Judgement Hall, The light shining through the windows and the giant hole in the wall. This is it, I'll never see any of them again, I'll never be able to see the life being drained from their bodies as it turns to dust.

But maybe it isn't the end, I could give up my power to break the barrier, giving all of them back their bodies before so I can take it from them one last time... But I need more.

I have all of the power, but it took 7 human SOULs that Azriel sacrificed in order to break the barrier, and I can't give up any of my SOUL, I need to kill the rest of the underground's monsters to have enough, and with this power it won't be a problem. I locate all of them and with proper focus, I was able to teleport them all into the Judgement Hall. They didn't know what was going on, but I didn't want them to either.

I walked in, and they all knew who I was and, gave up. They just stood there, knowing that they couldn't fight me or run away, I broke them. I looked at all of them, and they shivered in fear, and it made me smile, it was sad there wouldn't be a fight, but they couldn't even stand a chance when I didn't have this power, it was invigorating. I absorb all of them in an instant, and I can feel it resonating, all of the power to anything and everything, it was a little underwhelming, but not for long. I walk to the barrier, I could cross it right now, or just end everything with a thought, but that's not going to happen, the monsters of the underground aren't going to be let off that easy.

I start to float upwards, and I can feel all of the power within, I give every monster their body back and put them in the Judgement Hall once again. Then I let it all out, I can't see it, but all of the SOULs are flying around me, in front are the other human and stronger monster SOULs giving me the most power and keeping them close and incapable of flying off. I charge all of the energy built up, and I let it all out in a big shock wave in front of me as I fall to the ground with a thud.

The Barrier was broken.
