I could not sleep for nothing. Liam was asleep thank god he needs it. i picked up my phone shiining the bright white screen unlocked it and pressed on twitter. I saw a tweet from Trevor

TREVORCASH= Today we had a full nandos i want more now. nights guys love you

guese he fell asleep as it was put on 45m ago. I was doign wuite good eat 2 meals a day havent cut but sometimes i do wish i could just once but once could turn ito alot of times. I was lying i know I was but sometimes i just want to make the lads happy they mean everything to me they do.

Liam= Sean its 4am what the hell are you doing up

Sean= thinking about things

Liam= go to sleep Sean you need it

Sean= thanks for that

Liam= so what are you doing up and tell the truth

Sean= Im fine okay im just thinking

Liam= you thinking is not good Sean you know that

Sean= what so now i can't think great

Liam= i didn't mean it like that Sean

Sean= im sick of being watched by you guys

Liam got up and sat next to me on the my bed

Sean= it feels like im on watch from you guys why can't you just leave me alone

Liam= we are leaving you alone Sean

Sean= your not though are you

Liam= because i know your lying about being fine. I know you are lying to the other boys and Ive had to lie to them about you

Sean= why don't you tell them then.

Liam= because you don't want me too do you

Sean= i can not force you Liam

Liam= listen i told you to wake me up what happened Sean

Sean= i had another nightmare

Liam= so why didnt you wake me up

Liam= listen okay wake me up next time okay im here to help and that's what im going to do

Sean= Im sorry

Liam= i know what your doing.

Sean= you know nothing

Liam= i know that the that smile is fake and i know your faking being happy becasue you want us to be happy

Sean= Liam go to sleep please can you just leave it

Liam= i cnat leave it Sean im worried and while everyone else is sleeping yo cant because you have nightmares because of these thought that go your head they are killing you Sean and your not talking about them
