Work work work.
I have to work and leave everything that bothers me. I took a nap so I could think properly. Isaac's right. I am frightened by the thoughts that I'm a loser bitch even without a battle. I am stupidly coward from something that I'm not certain if it will come. Reality bitchslap me so hard that I gained myself and trying to get back my composure.

Ano bang pinaglalaban ko?

"Sis! Sis! Sissybro! You have a phonecall!"  Sigaw ni Marco na basta-basta nalang pumasok sa kwarto ko.

Inagaw ko agad ang cellphone at sinagot ito.

"Mary." Tawag ng kabilang linya.

"I tried to reach you on your phone but its fucking unattended." Siya lang yata ang may kakayahan na magmura sa napaka kalmang paraan.

"Uh I. I forgot to... Lowbatt." I stammered as I replied.

"Okay. see you later then?" Tanong pa nito. Tumango ako na para bang nasa harap ko lang ang kausap ko. Pinatay ko na ang linya at tumingin ng masama sa kapatid ko.

"I should knocked on your door and do not just intrude someone's place for it is not right. I know I know!" His hands up while saying those.

"I think I should tell this to mama! You never learn!" 

"Wag! Ayoko na maglinis ng buong araw habang kinakausap si Chacha! That looks pretty insane!" Sigaw pa niya na akala mo ay nakikipag away.

Inirapan ko siya at nagmartsa patungo sa labas.

Habang snnaasa daan ako'y kita ko kung paano magmadali ang mga tao. Kung paano kumunot ang kanilang mga noo dahil sa posibilidad na mahuli sa trabaho. Ngunit ang hangin na nalalanghap mo ay siyang papatay sayo.

Nakarating na ako sa trabaho. Binati ang mga kasama ko kahit na sa loob loob ko ay ayoko na munang magtrabaho. Nakakasakit sa bangs.

"May kakausap sayo Yvonne." Tawag sakin ni Ma'am Lucy tumango nalang ako.

"Like we can make your family be miserable?"

My jaw clenched and she just smile at me.

"Nothing's new." I chuckled "You may scared everyone Agatha but not me." I look at her intently. "You want me to stay away from Caleb? That's fucking simple. But please ask your cousin to do the same. I might as well inform him about this."

Tinignan niya ako ng masama at halatang nagulat sa sinabi ko.

"Oh please. You're expecting me to kneel down and begged for your mercy? Bitch please this story isn't cliche. Go ahead and tell this to your comrades."

Tumayo ito at ngumiti ng pagkatamis-tamis.

"You dared to talk back and even flaunt your bitchy side. Tignan natin kung hanggang sa huli ay ganyan ka parin katapang? I may not see you beg for now but you will eventually." She make her way to get away from me not until I stopped her from my last words.

"You should know that Caleb has his own life and no one should control him or rather order him around. Your making the beast mad Agatha. Prepare for yourself."

"Did you just warned me you little poor girl? Do I have to be scared?"

I smiled.

Masyado naman yata silang excited na paglayuin kami? Ni wala ng tanong tanong tungkol sa issue at sa ginawa ni Caleb na anak pala ng mayor sa makati. Ano nga naman ang laban ng nakaupo sa Demetrious?

Caleb's mine.

I grinned at myself. Nagparaya na ako sa kanila minsan pero sa pagkakataong ito ay hindi na. Lalayo lang ako kapag si Caleb na mismo ang nagsabi at bumitaw. Why choose the easy way when you can have the hard way and make it easy because you're together? Hindi naman siguro kagaya ng nasa TV ang lovestory namin diba? Nanggigigil ako. Pagod na akong magpanggap na isa akong seryosong tao at responsableng mamamayan. Putang ina pagmumurahin ko pa sila.

Caleb's seemed in a hurry. But why he's looking at me with fear and sadness. I'm still in the same place where Agatha and I conversed. With his unbuttoned suit and I et forgot his necktie. His messy hair and what the fuck? He even forgot his shoes?

"Mary." He muttered before catching his breath.

"Uhh bakit ganiyan itsura mo?" Pnunuya ko naman sa kanya.

He checked himself before looking at me like what's-wrong-with-me look.

"I came here so I could arrive before Agatha but seems you two are done with your 'appointment' " Seryosong aniya habang ako naman ay nakatingin lang sa mga paa nyang tanging tsinelas lang ang suot. Tatawa na sana ako ng magsalita ulit 'to.

"Can you tell me what she said to you?" He smoothly uttered those word like one wrong move his life is over.

"Nothing's important."

"Everything is important when your involved in it." Mataman nitong sagot.

"I think she's warning me." Na pa Oh wow look lang ito.

"Then what did you say baby?" Sagot nito at lumapit pa sakin kung saan ako nakaupo.

"I can manage her Caleb. She's just Agatha." I frowned and he chuckled.

" I know that you knew what they are trying to imply."

"Hanggang hindi sayo galing ang salitang bitawan na kita. Trust me, You always have me beside you." Seryoso kong sagot.

I could see how his eyes change into bliss in one second. He hugged me even tighter.

Lahat yata ay napatigil sa trabaho dahil sa moment namin ni Caleb.

"Just stay beside me and let me do the work."

"No. Sabi mo girlfriend mo ako. Partner tayo. Dalawa na tayo. Tayong dalawa ang haharap sa unos na 'to." Seryoso akong nakatingin sa kanya. He rest his head towards my forhead without losing our eye contacts. " Mag-ayos kana. 'wag kang pupunta na ganyan ang itsura mo ha?"

Tumawa lang kaming dalawa. This way is better than locked myself in a room.
