Facing Mom

" No!" Cerise yelled in protest. I

" I'm bringing you with me." Cora said as Rakish pushed Cerise in the cell.

" Don't worry dear, you'll see your friends soon." Cora fake smiled.

" Raven..." Ramona spoke into Hunter's phone. " please pick up."

" Hello?" a voice spoke through the another end. Raven's voice.

" Oh Raven! Thank goodness!" Ramona sighed in relief. " Something bad happened to Cerise."

" What happened?" Raven gasped.

" She's been kidnapped by this man." Ramona said. " Dark hair, green eyes-"

" Vincent!" Raven growled with anger remembering what he did to Dexter.

" That's him?" Ramona and Hunter gasped.

" I knew that something was up with that man!" Hunter said. " We should have never trusted him!"

" We know that now." Ramona snapped.

" We should all meet on Enchanted Cliff." Raven spoke. " I'll call Faybelle and her mother and tell them everything."

" Good. See you and Apple there." Ramona said.

" See ya." Raven ended the call.

After a while, everyone met on Enchanted Cliff. Raven paced back and forth while everyone discussed the conflict and the possible solution.

" What do we do?" Apple asked with apprehension for Cerise.

" I don't know if we should split up or we go all together to the rescue." Hunter pondered.

" I hope Cerise is alright." Ramona sighed. " She must be so scared."

" Don't worry Ramona," Faybelle reassured. " she'll be alright. She's a mighty brave person."

" But she is alright..." a voice behind them said.

" Oh hell no! Not that man again!" Hunter bellowed as he took out his pocketknife while Raven took out the sword for defense.

Two person came out of the bushes. One had white and violet hair. A dress fulfilled with black and magenta accents. A smirk was plastered upon her face.

" Mom!" Raven almost dropped her sword.

" Cora!" Theodora glared as she started to clench her hands into fists.

Another one came out and it was her assistant, Rakish. He pulled a small cell that contained Cerise.

" Rakish!" Theodora growled.

" Not that goblin again!" Hunter said as he gripped onto his knife.

" He's a troll." Faybelle rolled her eyes.

" That's right." Cora smiled.

" What do you want mother!" Raven sneered ready to fight.

    " You know what I want dear." Cora smiled. " For you to surrender."

    Soon Cora started to blast out magic towards everyone. They ducked quickly or they used their own magic as a shield. The fight went on and on.

   At one point, everyone else except for Theodora and Raven was trying to escape Cerise from the cell when they knocked out Rakish.

   " You were a fool to betray me sister." Cora said as she blasted a bit of magic towards Theodora but she missed.

   " Sister?" Raven paused.

   " It's a long story Raven." Theodora said blasting magic in response to Cora.

   " And Raven," Cora smiled. " you know you can't escape your destiny."

   " Yes I can!" Raven bellowed as she hit her mother with her sword. A gem dropped from Cora's pocket. Theodora snatched it before anything else could.

    Cora knocked Raven out due to the attention she was paying to the gem.

    " Give it. Give them all." Cora growled.

    " Never!" Theodora replied.

    " Oh but you will..." Cora said as she shot magic towards Faybelle and used it to rip her heart out.

    " Give them all or your daughter will pay." Cora smirked.

   " Mom!" Faybelle cried. " Don't do it!"

    It was exactly like her dream. She didn't know what to do. But the only thing that she didn't notice that Raven was sneaking behind her grasping her sword, until Raven stabbed her mother on the back.

    " I'm sorry mother....but you have to learn." Raven said as she stabbed her mother. But when she stabbed her mother, the sword turned into a mirror and it trapped Cora inside.

    " No!" Cora banged her fists upon the glass.

    Faybelle's heart returned in one piece as she raced towards her mother for a big hug. After that, Theodora gave the three gems to Raven. Raven connected them together as they shot out magic that cleared up the green smoke on the sky.

    The curse was gone....
