Going Home.....Not Yet

I drew a sketch of Raven (center), Dexter (left), and Apple (right). What do you think?
And this chapter is my favorite part because something happens.

   " We can finally go home." Faybelle said feeling relieved.

   " Yes we can Faybelle, yes we can." Ramona smiled.

   Everyone paused for a moment as they felt the great feeling of going home. Seeing the people that they felt what seemed like they saw many years ago.

   " Is everything alright sis?" Ramona asked Cerise who looked guilty.

   " Yeah...I just...feel guilty." Cerise sighed. " I caused this trouble. "

   " Oh Cerise," Raven smiled as she went in for a side hug. " we all know that you didn't mean to. My mother forced you."

    " Yeah, I know." Cerise smiled.

A while later everyone reached the place between the Enchanted Forest and Ever After.

" You guys can go ahead." Raven said. " Hunter and I have some business to complete."

" Right?" Raven asked Hunter.

" Right." Hunter smiled.

Raven and Hunter took a shortcut back to Huntsman's Woods and tô Hunter's home where they found Alexa on the front porch waving to them as they waved back.

" You're back!" Alexa ran to hug her big brother.

" I missed you so much!" Hunter exclaimed as he hugged her tight.

   " Hey Alexa," Raven said as she gave a side hug. " how's Dexter doing?"

   " He's breathing well, but he's still unconscious." Alexa explained.

   " May I see him?" Raven said as Alexa lead her upstairs and to the front door of the bedroom.

   " Of course." Alexa smiled as she opened the door for her.

   " Thank you." Raven thanked.

" Alexa," Hunter paused his sister. " I think we should leave her alone. And plus, I need to tell you something."

" Sure." Alexa said as Hunter lead her downstairs into the living room.

   At the bedroom, Raven saw Dexter laying on his comfy bed with no worries at all. She smiled. She walked closer to him as she gave him a kiss on the forehead.

Dexter's eyes suddenly opened as Raven gasped.

" Dexter?" Raven gasped as tears started to stream.

" Raven?" Dexter reached out his hand towards her face.

" Oh Dexter!" Raven exclaimed as she hugged him tight. " I missed you so
much!"

" What happened?" Dexter breathed.

Soon Raven started to tell him everything.

Downstairs at the living room Hunter and Alexa were talking about Ever After.

" What did you need to tell me Hunter?" Alexa asked feeling a bit confused.

" Remember the last night we spent together before we headed out to the Enchanted Forest?" Hunter asked.

" You mean the night I saw your disappointing abs." Alexa had a laugh.

" Yeah sure, whatever. Remember that you thought I was thinking about someone?" Hunter asked.

" You truly were." Alexa chuckled.

   " I was...and you want to guess since you're that type of person?" Hunter asked.

   " I can't believe I'm saying this as much as it sounds weird. But you were thinking about your girlfriend, weren't you?" Alexa said.

    " I was." Hunter smiled.

    " You have a girlfriend?!" Alexa asked dumbfounded. " How do you even have a girlfriend?!"

   " Will you cut it out?" Hunter snapped as he had the last laugh.

" Whatever." Alexa rolled her eyes. "When we get to Ever After High I'm going to tell her all about you...and I mean everything."

" Please don't." Hunter stated.

" Oh I will...." Alexa smirked.

" This was a bad idea." Hunter told himself. " Why do I even bother?"

" Anyway..." Alexa asked. " who is she?"

Hunter paused for a moment since he started to hesitate. Should he tell her?

" Well...she's-"

" Will you just say it already?" Alexa spat out.

   " Calm down sis." Hunter held up his hands.  " I'll tell you at Ever After."

   " You're telling me now." Alexa demanded.

" She's Ashlynn Ella."

    Raven stepped down the stairs faster than ever as she grabbed Alexa's and Hunter's attention.

   " Dexter's awake!" Raven exclaimed.
