Chapter 15

Fionna pov

So at the moment I was watching something funny. Damion was lecturing Marshall on what to do If any symptoms came up from the dust.  And how to 'properly treat my wounds.' And when that lecture finished it switched so Marshall was basically interagating Damion about actions taking while treating me.
    "So you didn't doing anything weird while treating her."
"No"
"You didn't drink any of her blood earlier while she was unconscious either and vulnerable while treating her."
"Geez I do that one time because I was super hungry and I never get to here the end of it."
"Did you?"
"Wait you actually did that?" I said.
"No I didn't. I only licked off some of the blood that got on my hands while treating her." He said to marshall.
"And yes to mark once because he was being really stupid and did something I told him he would get hurt doing."
"I guess I'll let that slide then since you helped her." He said pulling me in for a hug.
"Wait wait wait can we go back go the mark thing."
"Sure" Marshall said. "We were all hanging out in the nightosphere being bored. And mark decides he's going to go steal a potion from this witch that was really uptight. I told him I didn't think he would actually go through with it and of course Damion was saying he's not smart enough to pull it off without getting caught."
     "So we all go over there ; Marshall and I stayed outside watching. Mark almost got out without being caught. But of courde he decided to be cocky and show off his prize some before he left. In the process he ended up knocking a different potion off the self."
  "You can guess what happened next the witch came out and beat him some. Mark got out before he got to  hurt. I was going to go help him but I was a bit busy laughing at the moment."Marshall said.
  "Yeah so when mark finally made it back to us I patched him up and took a little bit of his blood as payment for me having to deal with his stupidity."
   I laughed a bit granted I hadn't known these two all that long but it sounded like something mark would do.

"Sooooo I'm going to go marsh, Remember what I said ok. And call me if any bad side effects pop up because of the meds alright."

"yeah yeah."

"Side effects?" I asked slightly curious.

"Nothing you need to worry about Fi. Just increased levels of attraction, Falling for other peoples charms easy."

"What your joking right?"

"Oh and it makes the person whose taken it much easier to seduce."

"Ok now I know for sure your messing with me."

"Am I?" he said leaning close to me his face barley inches away from mine."

"Yep" I said pushing his face away.

He just sat down on the bed next to me and pulled me next to him. 

"I need you to promise me something Fi."

"What" I said looking up at him

"Be more careful when you adventure right. I mean you could have literally died this time. If flame prince hadn't been there you would of been killed."

"Hey I'm tough I probably would of been fine."

he grabbed my face and made me look  at him "Fionna I'm being serious here."

"Fine." I said looking away from him. "I promise."

"And maybe just bring someone with you when you go adventuring from now on."

"Geez I'm not a baby Marshall." I said with a pouty face.

"Fionna."

"maybe....."

"I guess that's good enough for now."

he just looked at me for a few seconds.

"I was worried ya know. When Damion called me saying what state you were in. I felt like I couldnt get here quick enough." he said while giving off a small laugh.

we sat in silience for a while. him just glad I was ok and me well just realy not having much to say at the moment.

he looked back over to me. "I dont know if you know this but you better watch it because your starting to mean a lot to me."

He didnt say anything else after that. He just watched me as if he were contemplating something. Before I could ask what he leaned in and suddenly  I couldnt speak.

He was kissing me.
