Kaito was sitting in his classroom with a bored expression on his face; he was trying to think of ideas for his new heist but none were coming to mind. Ever since he sent the heist note he has been looking at the plans and building schematics trying to think of a trick. Kaito really wanted to do a heist for the mysterious detective that his Tantei-kun told him about so he sent the note early, a big mistake on his part. Suddenly an idea popped in is head and a mischevious smirk appears on his face. This made all his classmates terrified. They didn't want one of his infamous pranks to be pulled on them. Then the lord and saviour helped them as they all breathed out a sigh of relief when he brought out a notebook, they were safe for now.

Shinichi and Akai were both sitting down in the Kudo mansion's library. They were talking about the progress made with the Black Organisation, which wasn't much. They were also discussing what should be done if a permanent antidote is created because she is still meant to be dead. This topic of conversation was meant for later when Haibara arrived but because there was so little information there was nothing else to talk about.
About five minutes later Haibara finally walked in the room and said: "You really couldn't wait for me to start discussing what will happen to Kudo when we find the antidote."
"Well, you were taking so long. We are not getting any younger here." Shinichi responded back to Haibara.
"Maybe him but not you. It shouldn't be long until you have to live your life as Conan once more." Haibara said in a more serious tone than she was using earlier.
"So that means this antidote isn't permanent?" Shinichi asked sorrow filling her voice.
"Yes, which means..."
Before Haibara could finish Jodie's voice broke out asking "What do you mean about an antidote and you being Conan?"
Everyone was shocked. No one realised that Jodie was standing outside the room listening in on their conversation. Jodie just found out about Shinichi's secret and she didn't know how to explain it all to her. After about two minutes of going through an explanation in her head, Shinichi started to tell the story of her first encounter with the BO. When Shinichi had finished Jodie was annoyed at first but understood why she kept it from her. They continued their talk but now with Jodie.
--------------------------
After they had their conversation Shinichi headed over to the location of the heist. She replied to the invitation the night before and apologised for not replying sooner because she only just got back. Blake Daniels understood this and said he was still happy for her to come. When looking around the venue it was a grand ballroom. Chandeliers hung from the ceiling producing a beautiful glowing light. Shinichi was wearing a black dress wich came just above her knees. Underneath she was wearing shorts to make running and catching KID easier. For shoes, she had a pair of black pumps, plain but it is not like she can run in heels. Everyone else was dressed in formal wear too. The women were in long fancy dresses that reached the floor and covered from the crown to toe in jewellery; the men were in penguin suits and wearing fancy watches.
While searching Shinichi saw one guest that stood out from the rest. He was dressed like all the other males but his presence seemed odd. Slung over his shoulder was a long thin bag; it looked like one that would hold a sniper's gun. Deciding that he looked suspicious Shinichi started to follow him. Shortly after she started to follow him she bumped into Blake Daniels; he stopped her much to her annoyance.
"Have you had a chance to meet my son yet? He seemed very eager to meet you." Mr Daniles asked in a joyful manner.
"No, not yet, I just got here," Shinichi replied looking over his shoulder to see if she could find the suspicious man.
