“Kankuro. Get UP!” I yelled. One thing I found out in the past two months was that as time went on Kankuro had become harder and harder to get up in the morning. I opened the door and walked over to the bed. “Get up!”
“Okay, okay.” He said and opened one of his eyes to look at me. “Happy, I’m up.” He said and I sighed. I reached over and pulled on his hand trying to get him out of the bed. “Fine. I’ll actually get up.” He sighed and sat up.
“Hurry up and eat your breakfast. Today’s your check up day so don’t pour the whole sugar bag into your tea okay.” I said and walked out of the room to my table. I brought down my journal and wrote some stuff in it than put it back. I then leaned on the table and flipped through a book as I sipped on my tea.
I heard some movement behind me and I turned around to see Kankuro standing next to the wall with this arm out, and a displeased look on his face. I got out an elastic and wrapped it around his arm. I then got out a needle and took some of his blood. Once I was done I put the blood into a clear container with a screw on lid and I put it on my circular table. I stepped down on the pedal and waited until it stopped spinning. I picked up the container to see only have of it had blood in it and the other had nothing. “Oh.” I said as I stared at it.
“What’s so ‘oh’ about it?” Kankuro asked and I looked to him to see that he had taken off the elastic and applied the cotton ball.
“Well…” I started not knowing how to break the good news. “I guess you’re done here.” Kankuro became surprised and grabbed the container from my hands. “Hey!”
“Are you sure? No little green specks that could end up killing me?” He asked as he examined the container. I grabbed the container back.
“I’m sure you're all healed.” I said as I place the container on my table and brought my journal down and wrote some stuff in it. I closed it and put it back. I found my notepad and pen.
Kazekage,
Your brother is fully healed and can return anytime.

I rolled up the paper as I walked to my front door opening it. I walked to my messenger bird and attached the letter to her ankle. I let it go and walked back inside.
“Was that to Gaara?” Kankuro asked and I nodded.
“Yeah, they should be here soon, so you should pack up and get ready to leave.” I said and walked back over to my table. I brought out the container with the purple antidote and placed it down. I quickly wrote the ingredients needed and how much of each and put them both in a bag. I walked into the kitchen and made myself some tea as I waited for Kankuro’s siblings.
Once I was done drinking I put the cup into the sink and walked back into the other room. There I saw that Kankuro had already packed up all of his puppet stuff. I walked over to the table and took the bag. “Here, In case I made a mistake or something.” I mumbled as he took it.
“Yeah, okay.” He said as someone knocked on the door.
“I guess that’s them.” I said but he didn’t move. The knock sounded again and this time Temari called out.
“Come on Kankuro! Open the door!” She yelled making me flinch. She had only visited once with Gaara since they were always so busy and she still scared me. Kankuro sighed and opened the door. He was attacked by Temari in a hug. “I’m so glad you are all healed. I thought it was going to take a least another month.” She said and looked to me. “Thank you for doing this.”
“Not at all, it was fun.” I said and looked to Kankuro. “Make sure to get a check up with a doctor in Suna within the next month or so to make sure everything is going normal.” I said.
“Yeah we will.” Temari said and I nodded.
“Okay...Bye then.” I said not really knowing how goodbye’s work.
“Yeah bye.” He said and they all walked out of the house. I stood at the doorway watching as they left and seeing Kankuro turn around every so often and wave.
Once I couldn't see them anymore I closed the door and sighed. I looked around the room and saw that it felt empty without Kankuro even though I still had books everywhere. I cleared my thought and walked over to all of the books that were on the ground and put them back on the table that Kankuro had been using. I walked into Kankuro’s room and put the books back on his bed. I sighed and walked back to my lab table. I looked down and pulled out a book from under it. I opened the book and flipped though the pages.
I heard a noise and turned around. I couldn’t see anything as something was pulled over my head and I lost conscious.
