Chapter 16

Still trying to figure out what love means and who she feels it for Amerá has been spending hours writing away at her thoughts

Harris on the other hand doesn't know how to comprehend what he is going through, he loves Amerá so much that he couldn't stand to see the sight of her knowing she was with Zayn

Zara•

"Harris please come with me!" I beg

"No Zar I don't want to see her okay!"

"Harris you're being childish, what do you expect her to do leave Zayn and run into your arms with out even knowing how you feel about her"

"No Zar but you don't understand the agonizing pain I feel when they're together" I feel his pain, I truly do but he can't stay like this forever

"Then why don't you tell her how you feel" I say

"Oh yeah just run up to her and say 'hey Amerá I know that you're the queen and you're married and everything but I just wanted to tell you that Im madly inlove with you and can't stand the sight or your husband'"

"You know what if you want to stay like this you can I am going to hang out with Amerá" I say walking if his house and towards my car

What am I suppose to do! Forget about Amerá and just lay at home with Harris and help him mope around

Maybe if Harris just put himself in her shoes he would understand how she must feel

I saw Amerá when Harris was in his coma, and looked broken as if something inside of her had been ripped out, even though she wouldn't admit it to me you can see the pain in her eyes and the way she spoke

If only I can just lock them in a room for a day so they can talk things through

I walk around my room listening to the classical music play, the sound of violins has always relaxed my mind and cleared my thoughts and most times inspired me

"Queen Amerá the council has ordered me to inform you that the new project for the village will take place today in the afternoon"

"Thank you" I tell to the ladies maid

I dress into shorts and a t-shirt putting my hair through my hat into a ponytail getting ready for a long day of work

"Woaw there my queen dressing more casual then I" I heard Zara's voice say

"Well today I will begin the village project"

"Village project?" Zara asks

"Oh yeah I must have forgotten to tell you but we will be rebuilding homes and and shops"

"And why is that?"

"Um well the area is kind of run down, and plus you can get a job as a teacher in the school I have requested"

Zara gave me a questioning look "that's very nice of you Amerá but shouldn't you be worrying about more important things than a small village"

"What's more important then the lives of my citizens"

Zara smiles "you have a heart pure as gold" she said "reminds me of someone I know"

"Oh really who may that be?"

"Harris" hearing his name curve off her lips made me quiver
