Samantha:

Winters, they make everything look dead and lifeless yet there's something beautiful about it. I prefer summers but, living in New York, you can never have a nice sunny day. But still, I wake up every morning with a hope that this day would be a little more filled with life then the previous one.

Today is like any other day when I wake up in all my red headed glory but something was different about today. It was as if there is nothing different but still there was. I could feel it but I can't put my finger on what it exactly is. I pick up my phone to check the time only to be reminded that I am once again late for my class. Groaning I get off the bed and walk towards my closet all the while yawning. I pick out a pair of black tights, a large hoodie and my adidas superstars which in other words are my babies. "Let's get it over it" I say to myself while entering the toilet.

"Oh well, look who showed up" I entered the class and there he was with his tight jeans and tattoos "Hey! I was just asking Amy where you were" I smiled as I walked towards him "Hi" I gave him a hug "Wait" I backed away and looked him in the eyes "You took a gap year right?" I asked him "Yeah, I did" he answered "So, your, now is your second year right?" I asked him "Yeah, it is. Why are you so curious?" He gave me an amused look "If you guys are done, I'm here as well Sam!" Amy spoke up "Oh! I'm so sorry I forgot" I gave her a tight hug "It's just that it's weird that Harry won't be studying with us" I looked back at him to see him frowning "Yeah, me too Sam, me too". And if I didn't know any better, he was sad?

"Alright Harry, go our class is about to start" Amy shooed him "Wow, I'm hurt" Harry placed his hand on his heart. With one last hug to Amy and a wave my way he was out of the class and it won't be weird if I said that I was a little hurt that he did not give me a hug but, I brushed it off because my ego did not allow me to feel jealous.

"Alright, I have to tell you something" Amy grabbed my hand "Amy.., if it's about you having feelings for me, I'm sorry but I'm straight" I gave her a sympathetic look which resulted in her hitting me on the arm "Shut up Samantha! It's serious" "And FYI you wouldn't even think twice if I were a lesbian. You and I both know that" I looked at her amused "Don't be so full of yourself " I laughed "Anyways, I was saying, that I, I think I'm in love" she was full on smiling and I swear that my heart had started beating faster with the thought of whom it might be "Oh wow!" I looked at her "Who is it?" I asked her dreading what she might say next "Liam" oh thank god! I thought "Wait, Liam, as in Liam Payne?" I looked at her shocked "Yeah.. I wanted to tell you about it but, the circumstances were not the greatest and I, I didn't know how you'd react" she did not meet my eyes

" How long has this been going on exactly?" I asked her "Well, we started going out in September , and you and I were not on speaking terms because of you know who, and we did not tell anyone about it till January and I, I love him Sam" her voice was so small but sure and her I didn't know if I should be mad at her or not "But, what about him" I asked her and the way she looked at me showed that she knew exactly who I was talking about "What about him Sam? I've told you and him multiple times that him and I can never happen! It's stupid if he thinks that I will change my mind" I don't know if she was telling the complete truth or not but one thing was sure, I felt a little relieved by what she had confessed. Would it be wrong for me to be selfish even if she felt something for him? Yes, because he would never look at me the way he looks at her.

"You know what Amy, I want you to be happy, and the fact that Liam makes you happy, there's nothing else I'd want than to see that glow on your face" I genuinely speak giving her a hug all the way thinking would my answer still be the same if she would've said Harry? And in the middle of our love filled moment came in the teacher and we all switched on our study modes.

"Hey Sam, let's hang out" Amy called after me as we made our way towards the parking lot. "Is it because you miss me or because you want to talk about how much you love Liam?" I raised my eyebrow at her which made her blush "A little bit of both..?" Amy gave me a cheeky smile "Fine, lets go" "Amy!" Harry shouted making his way towards us "What's up?" Amy asked "What are you doing?" Harry asked his voice angry "What do you mean?" Amy was confused as to what Harry was on about. And it's then that Harry noticed me "Did you know about this?" He asked me and I frowned "I don't know what your talking about" Amy and I looked at each other confused "Amy, when were you planing to tell me, tell us that your leaving the country?"

"What?" I asked Amy "Why are you giving me all these surprises today??" I was a little shocked "Are you guys insane! Who told you that I'm leaving?" Amy's eyes wandered between me and Harry "So, is it not true?" Harry asked Amy relief written all over his face "Going on a holiday and leaving the country are two very different things" Amy answered "And when were you going to tell me that your going out?" I was a little mad at Amy "Today, that's why I said let's hang out" Amy looks at me " And what about me?" Harry asks her with an authority in his voice " I was going to tell you today as well! Guys grow up! It's alright if I didn't tell you guys soon enough what matters is that I was going to tell you" and with that she walks away leaving me and Harry looking at each other like we have been hit by a truck .That's the thing about Amy, she doesn't care if someone's feelings are hurt by what she says, even if it's her friends, she keeps her distance and does not allow anyone to walk over her. She is not a bitch but she is also not selfless. When it comes to her or her family or friends she's selfish as fuck.

"You wanna go out?" Harry asks me looking straight in my eyes "Yeah, sure it's not like I have something better to do" Harry smirks at me as we make our way towards our cars. "Your riding with me" Harry speaks as I go up to my car "Um, what about my car?" I ask him "it's alright, we'll come after it later" he tells me opening the drivers side door "Okay then" I walk towards his Range Rover putting my car keys in my bag.

Alright guys! That's the first chapter, I did not want to start by going slow. It's their last year of Uni (Harry's second last as he had taken a year off^^) and it's also very clear that I did not want him to be a fucking player or a playboy (No!) nor did I want any girl to be too sweet or too rude (old🙄) girls are nice but they know how to have people treat them.

Soooo, here's the thing All three are friends and there is no he is more close to her or blah blah.. Amy is a sweet but feisty girl who has a good head on her shoulders and knows what's she's worth and she is in Love!

Samantha, is also a nice girl but, she can be a bitch when need be. She has a crush on Harry, and is selfish when it comes to him.

Harry😍, has his days. He has this strong attraction towards Amy and is always protective and possessive when it comes to her. Where as on the other hand, he cannot help but be a little reckless and adventurous when he's around Samantha.

Liam is Liam😍 and Amy has fallen in love with him.

Katherine, ah Katherine, she is a beautiful girl who will come a little later on in the story but trust me when she comes you will not want her to leave.! And she is also a very strong young woman who knows her values. She's confident and sarcastic. Traits a certain someone hates but can't help but be intrigued by her. (She is not a villain guys!)
