*Josh's POV*

I was patiently waiting at the park for Chloe I had a blanket laid out and brought some taco bell I told her to be here at 2 and it's 2:30 where could she be?

My phone started buzzing

"Hello?" I answered to the unfamiliar number

"Hey Josh it's uh Chloe listen I'm so sorry I can't make it today but let's definitely take a rain check?" she sounded like she was in a rush

I was a little let down but I understood "Yeah sure no problem" I replied trying to be happy
"I'm sorry Josh" she said quietly then hung up

I packed the food and headed home bummed out I wonder what she was doing?

*Chloe's POV*

Josh's birthday is in a week and I've been planning this day for a while now Tyler and I have been working our asses off trying to get everything perfect it's obviously a surprise party

I was also in the middle of dying my hair blue when I called Josh so I was rushing

Yeah you heard me correctly I'm dying my hair blue I just feel so bored with my hair so why not dye it?

I somehow ended up getting Brendon Urie from Panic! At The Disco to attend and I almost died when I heard him say yes

Josh and I are huge fans of Panic! and this will make his day so special Tyler was in charge of the food and people and I was in charge of decorations and entertainment

Everything was running along smoothly we just have to avoid Josh for a little while so he doesn't suspect anything
