*General POV*

After a couple times of asking Chloe finally agreed to going on a date with Josh

All morning she was trying to find a nice outfit should I wear a dress? no I have to come off casual right? Her thoughts were bothering her she ended up picking her usual black ripped jeans she put on a beige short sleeve shirt with a sweater tied around it she threw her converse on and went to go meet Josh at the park for their date

She brought the skateboard and it took her longer then she thought because she isn't all that skilled on riding a skateboard but she eventually made it

She entered the park and immediately spotted Josh sitting on the grass with a blanket and some food he was staring at the small pond the park had

She ran up to him scaring him "BOO!" she yelled as she grabbed onto his shoulders and crashed into him causing her to flip over him she laid on the grass "Ouch" she said laughing Josh laughed too "Well you got me good" he said pulling her over to him

They sat on the blanket and talked for hours and ate "So what do you want to do with your life?" Josh asked taking a bite of his taco

"Well dad" she chuckled and Josh smiled "I was really hoping to be a Tattoo Artist" she put her head down and played with the grass waiting for his response

he grabbed her hand "Hey I support anything you do" they locked eyes she blushed "Thanks" and played with the grass again he lifted her chin and kissed her lightly

"I bet you that I can get to the other side of the park faster" Josh teased Chloe squinted her eyes "Oh your on Dun" they got up and started running

Josh was a bit faster then Chloe so she pushed him causing him to trip over his legs and fall on to the grass she couldn't stop laughing as she ran but little did she know that Josh runs daily and is a great runner he quickly caught up and picked her up and ran to the "finish line" with her in his arms

He put her down "Whew I'm exhausted" Chloe joked putting her hands on her knees Josh gave her a crazy look "You barely ran" he tried catching his breath she laughed "Josh all our stuff is all the way over there" she pointed to the other side of the park he rolled his eyes "Fine get on" he put her onto his back and ran with her to the other side

He threw her off onto the blanket and started tickling her "JOSH! STOP" she said laughing trying to catch her breath "No you made me carry you so I get to tickle you" he continued tickling her "NO FAIR!" she screamed laughing "There's that smile" Josh stopped and smiled getting lost in her eyes they were about to kiss when all of a sudden Tyler approached them

he stood over them "Oh sorry Josh" he said stuttering and walked away because he knew he interrupted Josh about to kiss a girl but what he didn't know was that the girl was Chloe

Chloe and Josh quickly moved away from each other as far as the can Chloe hid her face "Josh that was so close...." Josh scratched his neck "I know"

Josh is kind of sick of hiding this secret he wants the whole world to know that Chloe's his girl but he knows that he might lose his best friend if he does this

"TYLER!!" Josh yelled for Tyler to come back "What are you doing?" Chloe whispered to Josh while watching Tyler walk over

Tyler ran over and took a double take he looked at Chloe then looked back behind him "Wait what? Josh weren't you just here with a gir-OH" he said dumbfounded Josh took Chloe's hand and gave her a kiss Tyler's eyes widened "I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU" he kicked the grass and stormed off

It wasn't that Tyler hated Josh but he knows that if they break up Josh wouldn't be able to be around as much because Chloe and Josh would hate each other but Tyler knew this would happen sooner or later he still doesn't accept it

"TYLER!" Chloe yelled and got up Josh grabbed her hand "Let him go" she nodded her head and sat back down both of them felt like a weight was lifted off their shoulders but at the same time they were worried about what Tyler would do
