*Josh's POV*

Chloe's been so busy lately and stressed between school work and Lilah

I mean we all help with Lilah because we are all guardians of her but she clings more to me and Chloe

This weekends Chloe's birthday it's also her party, Tyler and Chloe's birthdays are extremely close so they planned to have them together (Tyler's Dec 01, Chloe's Dec 05)

It's friday and Chloe already dropped Lilah off at school Tyler and I always sneak off to the studio when Chloe's gone so we could work on this new album, we just started it but it's coming along fast

(I'm writing this as i'm walking to school and i just tripped and fell on entire pile of trash...me)

Tyler and I have been planning a world tour for this album and I honestly can't wait

Once Tyler and I came home he went straight to Jenna's and left me alone my phone started ringing and it was Lilah's school

"Hello?" I said sounding concerned

"Hello is this Joshy?" the lady on the their line chuckled as she said the name Lilah gave me I smiled "Is Lilah okay?" I asked immediately

"Well she needs you to pick her up,did you guys forget today's a half day?" she said almost laughing at me because I forgot "I"ll be right over" I said dropping everything and running to the school

I was only two blocks away so I sprinted there as fast as I could once I got there she was standing in the hallway of the school waiting for me

She came running into my arms "Joshy!!" I picked her up and thanked the teacher and left

I walked with Lilah back home she stopped and looked at me "Joshy....you forgot about me" she looked sad "Awe no baby I didn't forget I was just running late" I said giving her a kiss on her forehead and we continued walking

"The scary man came and he wanted to take me" she said playing with my fingers "What? What scary man?" I asked looking down at her

"The one you saved me from" she rubbed her eye "I'll race you home" she said freeing from my grip and running "Lilah No!" I said running after her I caught up and picked her up "Hey! no fair you always win!" she said crossing her arms and pouting

She looked like Chloe when she's mad I laughed and walked up to the apartment with her in my arms

As soon as we got into the apartment I got another call, god can I relax for just two seconds!?

"Hello" I said to the unknown number

"Yes hello this is Ms.Smith with Child Protective Services I'm here in regards to Lilah" she said in the same monotone voice

"Yeah this is Josh one of her guardians" I said concerned "Yeah so we have permanent foster parents willing to take Lilah....you guys have one last week with her"

I got so sad I knew this was going to happen but it just hurts..."Oh that's great" I said with a tear rolling down my face "Thank you" I said before hanging up

I sat down on the couch in disbelief and just stared at the ground tears falling Lilah climbed onto me "Joshy! why are you crying??" she said staring into my eyes and then burst into tears
