*General POV*

It's now Monday night and Chloe is sneaking out to go meet with Casper

Josh and Tyler were in the basement creating new songs for a new album

Chloe met with Casper at a house party her anxiety was through the roof but she really liked Casper so she did this for him she had a couple drinks and felt a bit better and danced the night away with Casper

They went into the kitchen to get another drink but this time Casper made her the drink

"Here ya go" he slurred

she smiled "Thanks" and took a sip

they stayed in the kitchen for a little bit and then Chloe didn't feel too good everything was getting blurry and she was dizzy Casper put her against the wall and made out with her he was putting his hands in places that he shouldn't of

Chloe kept squirming around trying to break free from his grip but he just kept putting himself against her "GET OFF OF ME" she started screaming because she was too weak to get him off someone walked in and helped her as soon as she broke free she ran out of the house

Her mind was racing

was I drugged? she thought as she tried finding her way home

but everything was foggy and she couldn't see much she was also a bit drunk and a mess.

Josh was walking home from Tyler's and noticed Chloe stumbling into the street she fell in the middle of the street and burst into tears

he quickly ran over "CHLOE?! HOLD ON COME HERE" he helped her up "Woah your a mess" he took a whiff and noticed the smell of alcohol and cologne on her "Chloe what?" he couldn't believe what she was doing

"Josh please please don't tell my parents...or Tyler please" she begged holding onto him

He didn't have the heart to just leave her "Here let's go back to my place" he guided her to his house

(Josh lives alone)

They got inside and Josh turned on the lights Chloe groaned "Ow" she held her head Josh turned the lights off and guided Chloe to the couch

He grabbed a cup of water and two painkillers
"So are you going to explain what happened?" he said being stern

Chloe put her knees to her chest "Well uh I went to a house party and I uh well had a couple drinks and Casper slipped something into my drink and then started feeling me up" a tear fell from her eye "Josh I'm such a fuck up" she cried

Josh held her close and cupped her cheeks he wiped away the tears with his thumbs "Chloe look at me no your not your human you make mistakes"

Josh was furious with Casper and was ready to go fight him but Chloe needed him "Here's a tee shirt and go sleep in my room" he handed it to her and pointed to his bedroom door

She got up and tripped over her own feet Josh jumped into action and helped her up "Thanks" Chloe said feeling embarrassed

she started slurring and not acting like herself

Josh was in the room when she was changing but turned around and faced the door to respect her "Josh c-come here and help me with this" Josh turned around and unzipped her dress then walked back and turned around again

"Thanks for the tee shirt J-Josh" she slurred he smiled and turned around helping her lay down

"Your Hot Josh" she laughed and tried to kiss him

"Oh that's just the alcohol talking let's get you into bed" he moved away and pulled the covers on her

"No seriously Josh your really attractive" she poked his nose and passed out

Josh couldn't get the phrase "Drunk words are sober thoughts" out of his head he ended up falling asleep on the couch

The next morning Chloe woke up with a huge headache she looked over at the nightstand and there was a cup of water and some more painkillers she smiled and gulped them down

She got up and ran to the bathroom vomiting Josh ran in "You okay?" he looked away

she flushed the vomit "Yup dandy" she replied sarcastically

They made their way to the kitchen and Josh made eggs "Listen Josh I'm so sorry for last night I don't know what I was thinking but thank you for helping me I would be dead if my parents saw me like that" she put her head down on the counter feeling miserable

Josh smiled "No big deal I just want you to learn from your mistakes okay? I'm not always going to be here to save your ass" he handed her a plate of eggs

Chloe smiled because she was glad Josh helped her "Uh did I say anything stupid to you last night?" she scratched her neck and took a deep breathe

Josh thought about how she called him hot and tried to kiss him but decided not to say anything about it "Uh no you didn't" he smiled to himself

She sighed "Whew okay so we're good?"

"Dandy" he replied putting his arm around her but she didn't pay much attention to it

Josh helped Chloe climb into her bedroom window before she could get caught she climbed in and stuck her head out to Josh "Your so bad Josh" she stuck out her tongue he bit his lip and smiled "Go to bed sleepy"

"Your a life saver love you bye!" she obviously meant love in a friend kind of way but she has been feeing strongly about Josh lately she loves how she can rely on him and tell him everything but she also kind of has a small crush on him too.

In her eyes his mocha brown eyes are perfect and his smile is so contagious plus the abs help too

Chloe laid in bed and stared at her ceiling day dreaming about Josh until Tyler came in and interrupted.
