Stranger...

Jena had hoped and kept on hoping things between her and Nick would get better.She wasn't the only one hoping. Nick knew the distance wasn't any of their faults, they'd just gotten to that point where they had to fight to make things work. It was a pity it was sooner than it had to be.
Jena hadn't uploaded much since the breakup.Luckily enough,it seemed she'd never met Albert what ever effect he had on her, was gone.That Friday evening , her dad had a business dinner and invited her over.He had liked having his 17 year old daughter around especially since she reminded him so much of his late wife, Rachel.She didn't turn her dad down. At 7pm, she was dressed in a dark gown and matching sandals.She was simple but stunning.Lyn insisted on taking a picture and Jena reluctantly agreed.
After dinner, she uploaded one of the pictures and slept off. It'd been a long day.
Jena woke the next day, a Saturday realizing her phone was down.She put it on charge and went downstairs for breakfast. The maid, Lian told her everyone had gone for a run.She got done with breakfast and got her laptop to watch an episode of the Originals.Halfway through,she heard Lyn's loud voice and knew they were back.
"Jena!!!Your pic is the talk everywhere."yelled Lyn
"Right.Morning to you too little sister"Jena said indifferent.At 10,Lyn was more of a talkative than she ought to be. Lyn kept on ranting about Jena not giving her photo credits on her picture's caption.

It was midday, she'd fallen asleep.Jena walked lazily to her room and grabbed her phone.Lyn wasn't lying.She'd gotten tons of likes, comments.She showered and went about her day's business indifferently. She finally got home at 8pm when she got an instagram notification.Ah! grumbled silently and realized it was a message from an unknown.She generally didn't like strangers and hesitated but eventually returned this stranger's greetings.He introduced himself as Jack and gave a little background information.She barely gave her name and ended the chat.

It'd been a week and a half and Jena's dad, Flinch Luckwell was in no mood to let her return to Texas. Fred and Lyn were returning the next day. Coupled with that,Jack had kept on messaging Jena.She barely replied. She didn't like strangers.Jena wondered how he'd gotten her instagram page  Who was he anyway?But with time, she got to realize he was a nice person but they never met. She considered it an online friendship. Once,she tried telling Nick about her new friend but he said he was busy and couldn't talk. It'd always been like that for the past weeks. It all started when he called once she was chatting with a friend in Canada ,he called and she told him she was busy.Since then, they'd barely spoken.She was thinking about this when she got message from Jack. Launch that Weekend so they'll meet finally.
