Chapter 3

(Menna's POV)

Sharon told me to follow her to where her brother is. This would be my first time meeting her brother. She walked beside me saying, "I am going to talk with my brother while you talk to my brothers and I's doctor"

"Alright. Why am I going to talk to a doctor?" I asked

"To see if there is away to help you get your hearing back that way you can hear people talk to you." She explained

"Oh. Okay." I closed the journal and saw a house in front of me. I thought to myself, 'I wish I could hear again. I have to get back to the cabin'

We walked inside the house and someone signed to me slowly, "Hello, my name is John. I am a doctor and I would like to talk to you."

"About what and why?" I signed back. Before taking out my journal to talk this way. I handed it to him to write.

"I want to know about you and your family." He wrote then handed it back to me.

"My name is Menna Lee Lores. I just turned 14 this year. My pa was named Jack Toon Lores. I don't really know my mom. My pa is a werewolf." I wrote.

(Doctor John's POV)

When she told me that I was surprised that she knew that her father is a werewolf. Even his name sounded familiar. "Sharon, Jay! Come in here please." They walked in and I asked, "Does Jack Toon Lores sound familiar?"

Sharon gasped at that name. "Yes it does. He was the alpha of the Mid-moon pack. One of the strongest packs there is."

I looked at Sharon in surprise. "How long have you known this?" No longer paying attention to Menna to hear what Sharon has to say.

We all heard the door open then close signaling that Menna left.

"I knew Jack Toon Lores in high school. He was the soon to be alpha until he me Jew Crean Tayze. Soul mates. She was new at school, the only human witch there. After that she went missing after giving birth to Menna." Sharon explained.

"So Menna never met her mother because she went missing? Didn't anyone try looking for her?" Jay asked Sharon.

"Everyone tried but wasn't able to find her." Said Sharon.

(Menna's POV)

I walked out of the room hoping to find my mom. As they were talking, something was guiding me outside. I am not sure what I was doing but I just kept walking until the tug feeling went away. I looked around and realized that I was back at my cabin.

"Dad I am back." I went inside and found a secret door that was never there before.

I thought to myself as I opened the door, 'I wonder where this leads to.'
