I backed away from everyone in my room whimpering at each step I took. I coward away in a corner.
Alpha Joey came towards me. I let out a warning growl and pinned my ears back. I heard a voice in my head. "Hi MENNA."
"Who are you?"
"I am your wolf. The name is Angel."
"Oh, okay, so... Am I safe?"
"Yes you are MENNA. Alpha Joey just wants to help you. Your parents miss you so much."
"Oh." Was all I said to Angel, my wolf, before laying down and closing my eyes.
"MENNA?" I heard someone say. I just let my ear twitch and huffed in reply. I just laid there quietly just watching them.
"MENNA? Shift back please." I just looked at them like they are insane. "Picture yourself human." I did that and ended up back to human. I just covered myself with a blanket and sat there shivering. "Okay. Have you calmed down enough to talk?"
"Yeah." I said still shivering.
"Okay. Your parents wants to take you home, to your real home." Alpha Joey explained.
"Okay. I'll go pack." I get up still covered and grabs clothes to wear, goes across the way to the bathroom to get dressed. I come back out and started packing.
A hour passes and I am all the way packed. I wrote a note for someone to cook dinner with ingredients and instructions on it.
"Okay I am ready." I said to my real parents and to Alpha Joey. "Thank you for taking care of me for a short while." I picked up my things and went outside to wait for them.
(ALPHAS POV)
When MENNA told me that I watched her leave with a shock face.
"Does MENNA like to cook food for everyone?" Jordeen asked me.
"Yeah. She enjoys it. She even helps people out like a doctor."
"That's good. We barely know her and want to get to know her. Does she like being here?"
"She does. I bet she will miss it here." I got up and went to my office to grab her song. "She even sings while she cooks." I handed them her song.
"Okay. At least we know a few things about her. Even her wolfs fur is beautiful." They said then said their goodbyes before leaving.
(MENNA'S POV)
As I was walking back with my real parents I asked them a question. "What did I miss these 14 years?"
"Well, daughter. You didn't really miss much." My father told me as my mom went to touch my shoulder. I flinched and walked a little faster.
"If Alpha Joey didn't tell you why I flinch or what happened to me then I will tell you." I said before William stepped out from behind a tree.
"Oh, for the love of peace, will you just leave me alone?!" I yelled at him. "First I catch you watching me, then you send me a dead animal! Now you are waning to tick me off! If I was your mate I would be hitting you right now!" I growled out before starting to shake again. I turned to my parents. "Which direction is our pack?" I asked as calmly as I could.
"Keep going straight." My dad said. "I'll let them know that you are coming in wolf form." I nodded my head and shifted before running to my pack.
"Come back, MENNA!" William said.
"Boy, leave her alone..." Was all I hear before I focused on where I was going.
(ALPHA JAKES POV)
"Boy, will you leave her alone? She's had it rough and I sure hope that she isn't your mate." I told him before commanding him to go home and leave MENNA alone.
"MENNA's wolf is large. Larger than yours." My mate told me.
"I know."
"Hey Jake." My wolf Max says.
"What, Max?"
"I see you are happy that your daughter is back. But she doesn't seem to happy to leave Alpha Joeys pack."
"I know, Max, I know." I ignored him after that and walked home.
