(Jewels POV)
When I saw my daughter I saw her father in her. "So tell me how've you been these past 14 years?"
"Well, I've been good, lost my hearing when I left the cabin area and then came back here." She told me.
"That's good that you've had a good 14 years but, tell me what you might know about why you would lose your hearing by leaving your cabin?"
"Well, personally I think it's because of a spell around the cabin, but I could be reading into this a little too much."
(Alphas POV)
"Hey Jay! Have you got contact from te search party?" I yelled to Jay.
"Yeah. Found the girl and mother. They are on their way back now." He told me.
"Alright, thank you."
"I think Menna might be a rare wolf that hasn't been around in ages. The half witch, half wolf."
"Could be. We won't know until she is at the age of shifting."
"True."
"Alpha!" Said the search party leader through mind link.
"Yes?"
"We are at the pack boundary line now."
"Thank you I will be waiting outside."
(Menna's POV)
I saw the Alpha standing outside waiting for us. "Well, mom, this is the Alpha of whatever pack this is."
"Hello, Menna, Jewel. Welcome to the Midnight Blood Pack. You guys must be tired. Let's go inside to rest and get you something to eat." Said the Alpha.
"Mom. I know you are getting weak with out dad. I would like you to take it easy before you leave me to be with you mate."
"Now, how do you know that?"
"I may be 14 mom, but dad taught me things before he passed away."
"He was right to teach you things since I wasn't around. I know that I will be around for awhile." We walked inside the pack house and I sat down on a couch. Not realizing how tired I was, I passed out in 2 seconds.
(Unknowns POV)
There she is. She has finally returned. I will find you Witch and end your life. Same with your daughter.
(Alphas POV)
"Hello, Jewel. My name is Joey and I am the Alpha of this pack. I am sorry for your loss." I said.
"Hello, Alpha Joey. Don't be sorry. I have been gone for 14 years and miss my daughter dearly."
"Completely understandable. I can keep you guys safe."
"Just keep my daughter safe. She's the only one I have left that I care about."
