Phoebes POV

Oh. My. God. "Li-li-Liam." I say. "What babe? What's wrong?" He asks me. "Look look over there." I say and he asks me what he's supposed to be looking at. It's my ex boyfriend. Tyler. He used to abuse me. "Babe is that guy worrying you?" Liam asks me. "Yes, Liam can we please go home?" I ask and he says "of course babe." We go to the car and I am on the brink of tears. When we get in the car I start to bawl. "Phoebe, babe, are you okay? " he asks. "Yes. Please go home." I say. Liam nods and starts driving. He has a death grip on my hand the whole way home. When we get home I rush inside. "Phoebe, babe, please explain what's going on." He says. "My my ex boyfriend.." I start to say. Liam's face is genuine concern and sadness. "He used to, he used to beat me." I choke out and sob more. "WHAT." Liam states. He stands up and ruffles his hair. He slams his fist into the wall and mumbles cuss words under his breath. I stand up and go to him because I see his hand is bleeding. "Liam baby please stop." I say and grab his hand. His face immediately softens looking at mine. He hugs me and cries along with me. "I'm so sorry phoebe, I just can't believe anyone would ever hurt you. This is so hard for me." He says. "It's not your fault." I say back. "YES IT IS DAMN IT! I WASNT THERE TO PROTECT YOU." He says and punches the wall again.
