Phoebes POV

I wake up. Liam. He's standing by the bed looking at me like I'm a freak. "Phoebe?" "Phoebe!" "Phoebe!" He screams and yet I feel like I can't hear him. I shut my eyes, then open them again. It's like my brains trying to tell my ears to open but they're not listening. Wait, I do hear something. Rain. I get up from the bed and start for the door. Liam follows me. When I get to the door I open it. Hit with the fresh, wet London air. It's very cold. I look down and realize I'm only wearing a sports bra and shorts. I don't care. I sit on the steps going up to our house and put my head in the air, feeling the impact of the tiny raindrops on my face. It's freeing. I stretch my arms out and get up from the steps, twirling around and feeling the wet sensation. It's like my dream is being washed away from me. Like all the bad has been swept away by this beautiful rain. It's liberating. When I open my eyes, I see Liam standing on the steps watching me. I run to him. Like I've never run before. When I reach him, I stare into his eyes. No touching, just staring. Feeling the love he emits from his eyes. It's like he can see into my soul. I take his hand, and lead him into the rain. I put my arms around his neck and rest my head there. He puts his arms on my hips, and rubs them up and down my bare back, occasionally kissing my shoulder. I could stand here forever. "You're cold." He says. I nod. He lets go of me and I frown. I leave my head and arms around him, as if I'm afraid he will leave. Then I feel warmth. He zipped me in his jacket with him. His hands return back to my hips and I lean my head up. "Tears?" He asks. "I didn't notice." I say. He kisses under my eyes and I move my face closer so our lips are hovering over each other's. "I love you." He says. "I love you too." I say back. I close the space between our lips and kiss him. When we pull away we both look up. We didn't realize the rain had stopped.
