Hey y'all! I've decided to write a couple bonus scenes to show what has happened to the characters after graduation. This is coming damn near a year after I finished this book but better late then never I say. Anyway enjoy the first bonus scene!

Cheyenne's POV

Since I was a little girl I dreamed of my wedding day. After everything that's happened in my life I never thought I would get here. For a long time I'd closed myself off to the possibility of love. Love only gets you hurt.

Now I'm here, getting ready to be married to the man of my dreams.

I smile to myself remembering the proposal only just a few short months ago.

"Are we almost there yet?" I asked impatiently.

"Patience babe," Sebastian chuckled. "We're almost there."

My hands itched to remove the blindfold but I kept them perfectly folded in my lap.

It was so weird being back in the small town where I'd grown up. So many good and bad things happened here. I lost my mom and dad but got them back. I met and fell in love with Sebastian. I got my heart broken. My best friend almost died. I'd gone to homecoming and prom here. I'd graduated here. And now I was back because Sebastian had something special planned.

God graduation, how many years ago was that? Seven? Nine? It felt like a lifetime. So much had happened since then. I'd gone off to New Hampshire to get my degree in child care all the while struggling to maintain my relationship with Sebastian who was all the way in Stanford. To say it had been hard was an understatement. Sometimes I wanted to give up on us. There were so many problems, so many issues and so many fights. But I guess it's true when they say love conquers all. Now I have my masters in child care and run my own daycare I built from the ground up. Sebastian is a star NFL player. And we're happily together, enjoying life and enjoying each other.

"Alright we're here," I felt the car stop. "Don't take the blindfold off yet."

I sighed but waited patiently as he got out of the car and went around to open my door. He grasped my hand and helped me out. I felt him behind me untying the blindfold.

Evening was approaching but it wasn't quite dark yet. My mouth fell open in shock at the building before me.

Our old high school?

It was like seeing a mirage in the desert. Everything still looked exactly the same, save for some slight renovations. I was immediately hit with a flood of memories.

I turned to Sebastian. "You brought me all the way from our apartment in L.A, got me dressed up, brought us all the way here to take me to our old high school?"

What the hell kind of date was this?

Sebastian laughed. "Somehow I knew that's exactly how'd you react. But no, there's more."

I scoffed. "There's more? Did you manage to get the keys so we can go inside? Maybe check out our old classrooms and visit the gym?" My voice was dripping with sarcasm but either he didn't pick up on it or was ignoring it. I assumed the latter.

He shook his head. "As good as an idea that is unfortunately no. I can't believe you don't recognize where we are."
