"Did you enjoy my little demonstration?" Thrawn asked once Roe was able to stop crying and the room was silent once again.

"You monster." Roe yelled at him. "Who are you going to kill next?"

"No one I can't risk losing another solider to my army." He answered coldly.

"What do you mean by that?" Sabine said shooting Thrawn a death glare.

"You're smart put the pieces together, I needed Ezra back for a reason." He said.

Sabine's hand went to her neck. "You didn't?" She choked out.

He didn't answer. "I'll be back I have other things to attend to." He finally said after a long while. "Vent you stay here and make sure they don't escape." With that Thrawn walked out of the room Death troopers following suit.

"He's just going to leave her body." Roe said, hatefully. "At least show some respect."

"Ok we need a new plan." Eights said, eyeing Vent. "Anyone have any ideas?"

"No no no." Sabine panicked.

"Another course of action then." Eights said confused.

"What is it?" Hera asked her.

"He didn't." Sabine said, trying to calm herself down. "But he did that stupid forcing sith blue bantha butt did."

"What did Thrawn do?" Eights asked warily.

"It all makes sense now the neck pains, the medic bay and his disregard for security."

"And what does that mean?" Roe asked, worried.

"Oh force." Hera said, realizing it as well.

"What?"

"The memory chip the Empire put in Ezra, Thrawn put it in us too." Sabine finally explained as the others eyes widened.

"And that means?" Cane pried.

"It means that Thrawn now has control over us and our beliefs. We could escape but he can make us come back." She said, a hopeless tone in her voice.

"We will remove them." Hera said, trying to come up with a plan.

"We have no one to remove them he put them in all of us, all we can do now is sit and wait for Thrawn to take away our personalities and beliefs." Sabine said and sat down against the wall.

"Come on there must be a way." Mouse said, sitting down beside her.

"I've been trying to find a way for at least seven years and I don't know maybe now is the time to give up." She said as everyone else sat around them.

"There must be something we can do." Hera hoped. "Come on let's use our brains while we have them."

They sat in silence for a few moments deep in thought.

"The only thing we could do is warn the rebellion that Thrawn has us and is amassing an army of our own." Mouse finally said, nonchalantly.

"You have your moments not many of them but you do have them." Roe praised to her boyfriend.

"Then come on let's make the last thing count." Hera said.

"How can we get out with Vent-" Mouse started but immediately stopped when he saw Eights knock Vent out cold.

"Ok that hurt." Eights said, shaking out his wrist. "But that problem is solved."

"How?" Cane asked, impressed.

"Trust me I know his weak spots." Eights responded to the amazed twi'lek.

"I can get the door." Roe said, running up and messing with the control panel. "Hey Sabine can you get that wrench from Cece?"

"Sure." Sabine said and took a tool from the dead girl's belt.

"Thanks." Roe took it and began to get the door to open.

"We could also kill Thrawn." Mouse suggested as he watched Roe a little too intensely try and open the door.

"That would work but how, he'll stop us?" Roe asked Mouse from her place at the door.

"I mean we can't kill him but maybe Sabine's boyfriend can." Mouse suggested as Sabine shot him a look.

"That could actually work." She said trying to ignore Mouse's remark. "Ok so the plan is we could split up me, Eights and Hera will go find Ezra since we know him the best. Cane, Roe and Mouse you guys try to find a way to contact the rebellion and warn them." Sabine brainstormed.

"It's our only option." Cane spoke up and said. "I say we do it."

"But what about Vent?" Mouse shoot his unconscious friend a look.

"If we succeed in killing Thrawn we should be able to remove the chips at least in enough of us so we can go run for reinforcements before they regroup after losing their leader." Sabine said, trying to lighten his sprits.

The door suddenly opened and Roe stood up pleased. "Got it."

"Let's go and try to keep a look out for Circuits, Jessica or Kanan." Sabine said and they all ran out of the room.

Eights, Hera and Sabine stood on one side of the hallway while Mouse, Roe and Cane stood on the other.

"Good luck and may the force be with you." Eights said as the two groups went there separate ways, running down the hallways not knowing how much time they had left.
