Chapter 17: Jason's POV

As I wait for my girl to come downstairs, I keep thinking about the second gift that I got her. I hope she likes it. After about a few minutes, I hear heels coming downstairs. The rest of the girls were down here. They all look stunning. I look towards the stairs and so do the guys. She slowly comes down. When she is down the stairs, I just look in awe. God dammit she was beautiful. A fucking goddess. She looks at the ground. I can't see her makeup. She comes towards me and put her head on my chest. I pull her face up so that she was looking at me. I am shocked by her makeup. God it was on point and different from the other girls. She was so beautiful. The guys hoot and holler as usual. Her rose colored lip gloss, her eyes, her rosey cheeks, her dress, her heels, her hair, just everything about her is beautiful. She definitely surprised me. I didn't expect this. She has a bolder makeup choice. I love the way she looks even in casual. But this was a stunner. She smiles timidly at me. I smile brightly back at her.

"Hi there, Jason!!" she says to me while still looking at me with those beautiful green eyes.

"Hey, babygirl!!" I say to her, looking deep into her eyes.

"Do I look bad? I feel like I look-" she starts to say, but I cut her off.

"Don't you dare say you're ugly. You're very beautiful with and without makeup. You surprised me. I am very stunned by your choices. You are a blessing to me. You're too far from ugly. You will NEVER be ugly to me, babygirl. Call your parents and let them know you're okay and that you moved without saying goodbye and that you wanted a ride to New York to come to a college here. And also call your friends as well." I tell her as I hand her phone to her.

She looks at me with shock. She smiles and hugs me tightly.

"Thank you, Jasey Jay!! I will call them after I get done with tonight's events." she says to me with joy in her voice.

"Alright, babe." I say with a chuckle.

"So are we ready to present them their gifts?" says Ryan with a smile.

"What gifts? Huh?" Natalie says to him.

"Yeah what she said!!" says Chantelle with a confused look.

"Wtf, Damien!! Why didn't you tell me that you got me something?" Victoria says with frustration.

"What in the actual hell did you get cheesy this time." says Rachel while looking at Chaz with her arms crossed.

"A gift? Two gifts in one day? Jason, you are so amazing. I can't wait to see what it is. I bet I'll love it like I loved my first gift." Jo Elma says to me with a bright smile.

I look at the boys and nod, signalling to give them their gifts one at a time. Ryan goes first. Natalie looks at him with a confused look.

"Close your eyes, baby." he tells her with a smile.

"Okaaaay!!" she says as she closes her eyes.

She holds out her hands. He puts the gift in her hands. She opens her eyes and looks at the box. She looks up at Ryan for a minute before opening the box. She gasps and looks at Ryan. He smiles at her and kisses the top of her head. She smiles back.

"Baby, this is the prettiest necklace, earring, and bracelet set. I love it, Ryan!! Thank you!!" she squeals with excitement.

"You're welcome, babe. I'll do anything for you. You know that." he tells her with honesty.

"I'll go next." says Damien with confidence.

"Oh lord. It's something weird again, isn't it?" Victoria says to him.

He hands her the box.

"Open it and find out, baby." he tells her with a smile.

She undoes the bow and opens the box. She looks up in shock. She looks back at the gift and at Damien again.

"B-b-baby? You got this for me? You are the best boyfriend ever." she says to him on the verge of tears.

He kisses her passionately. He smiles at her.

"You are most certain the best girlfriend as well." he says to her.

"I'll go next to show Rachel how 'cheesy' this gift is." Chaz says with a chuckle.

All of us but Rachel laugh at him. He is usually a crack up anyway.

"Yeah show me!!" says Rachel with a frown.

"Baby, your box. Now open it." he tells her with a cheesy grin.

She snatches the box from him. She slowly opens it and looks at Chaz with a huge smile plastered on her face.

"What? For me?" she asks softly.

"Yes, babe. For you and only you." he says to her with a smile and his hands in his pockets.

She tackles him with a bear hug and he hugs her tightly and kisses her cheek.

"Thank you, baby!!" she squeals with joy.

"Welcome, babe." he tells her as she kisses him.

"Okay then. Looks like I'll go next, bruh." Lil Twist says with a smile as he hands Chantelle the gift.

She looks at it for a moment. She looks up and smiles at him. Lil Twist is always getting Chantelle things special. She takes the gift and opens it. She looks at him as tears fall from her eyes.

"It's beautiful, baby!!" she whispers softly.

"Always and forever it will be yours." he says to her as he goes in for a kiss. She kisses him back and he wipes the tears from her eyes.

"Thank you, baby boy!!" she says to him with a genuine smile.

"You're most definitely welcome, my lil mama." he tells her with a smile.

They all look at me with a look that says 'your turn to impress'. I sigh and pull out the box.

"My turn, I guess." I say.

I hope she likes this as much as the other girls loved theirs. I thought.
