Ruining The Roses

Chapter 19

The sun gleamed from my windows. I brought my hands to my face, rubbing my eyes.

I was now wide awake, wanting to get out of bed. I tryed to escape Shawn's arms, but he pulled me closer.

"Don't leave me!" Shawn groaned sheepishly. I giggled, turning over kissing Shawn's rosey cheek.

His face was amazing, his beautiful features. I played with his silky brown hair. He still had a little bit of a bruised eye. I patted it gently, but he winced at the pain.

"Ow. That still hurts... anyways, what's planned for today? You know what I want to do, let's stay in bed and never leave." I sighed.

"Even though that sounds fun I already have stuff planned." I smirked.

"Oh really so did I..." Shawn rolled over hovering over me.

I pulled his neck closer kissing him. Running my hadn't through his hair he laughed.

I pulled back having our foreheads touching. He looked into my eyes as I did to his. Our nose were lightly touching.

"I want you to be my baby girl and only mine, nobody elses. I will love you forever. I would live my life for you, love you til I die, I promise... so I'm giving you this to remind you of our promise." He leaned over to my bed side grabbing a necklace.

It was a beautiful silver, locket. I smiled so much my face was going to explode. My face was so red from blushing.

I opened the locket, it showed one of my favorite pictures of us. It was when me and Shawn went to the beach last summer. He had his arm rapped around my waist. Both of us in bathing suits, with messy beach hair. We both looked so happy.

"Thank you soooooooo much!! I love you to the death of me." He gave a toothy grin, pressing his lips on mine.

I sat up on my elbows so Shawn could clip the necklace on. I layed back down as Shawn did beside me. Playing with my necklace Shawn walked towards the door.

"Where are you going?!" He smiled.

"Stay where you are I'll be right back with a another suprise." I giggled.

"You need to stop with suprises." He chuckled walking out the door.

I grabbed my phone looking at my social media's. I was bored so I looked for a new app. I found this cool looking app called vine.

Signing in all my info, I heard a clang downs stairs.

"I'm fine!" Shawn yelled assuring me.

There were so many cool videos. Lots of funny ones too. Many people were pretty popular with lots of followers.

"Here I come." I placed my phone on my night table. Shawn stood by the bed with a tray of breakfast.

"You weren't kidding about staying in bed all day." Shawn nodded. He placed the tray on the other night table. I pulled the covers over my head.

Shawn laughed, hiding under the covers too. He pulled my closer, feeling his breath against my lips.

"I love you baby girl." Closing my eyes, his hand stroked my cheek.

He got out from hiding grabbing some food. I sat up patting my hair down.

Eating an egg, we watched 'fault in our stars.'

My door opened in the middle of the movie. My mom appeared, as my eyes shot to her.

"Oh my gosh Mom!" I pulled the covers over Shawn more. Jumping out bed my mom was laughing. I pushed her out my room.

"Sorry sweetie. I didn't know Shawn was here. I will leave you guys to it. What ever you were doing..."

"Noo mom that was not happening."

I walked back into my room. Shawn looked at me, smiling.

"So should I be leaving?" I layed next to him.

"No, no you're fine. She just was checking on me." He nodded, sliding his arm around me. I picked up my phone going back onto vine. I looked at a few videos of singing.

"You know you should put up a singing video. You're really good."

Shawn added the app to his phone. He got up pulling some clothes on. He placed his phone on my desk. He grabbed my guitar, then pressing record.

His angel singing started. He sang photograph like before. (I know that wasn't the song but this is my madeup story, so ya.)

It was a short clip, he posted. I found his account and started following it.

"You will always know I was your first follower." Shawn grinned.

"Yeah and possibly my only one." I frowned at his negativity.

"Trust me, so many people will love your singing." Shawn kissed me on the shoulder. I love Shawn so much.
