Online school isn't difficult at all. In fact, it's a piece of cake.

What's hard is finding the time to do my work. Lorraine is super high-maintenance.  I manage, though.

By the time fall break rolls around, I get my report card and I make all A's except for a B in Algebra II. Hurray!

On October 18, fall break is here. I'm having a week off from school!

Lorraine is already 2 months and 11 days old. I can't believe it. She is growing up so fast.

I'm lucky because Mitchell has been super helpful with the baby.

He only goes to college part-time (every Monday night from 6:00-10:00) and he has a part-time job at Dover Diner as a busboy. He is trying to save up for an apartment for him, Lorraine, and I to live in.

Our relationship is more serious and involved. We've been dating for 2 months and 11 days. We went out on a couple of dates, but it's hard to go out because of Lorraine.

I was worried Eva wouldn't approve of me dating Mitchell, but surprisingly she wasn't jealous and she was actually happy for us.

"You guys need to be together for Lorraine's sake," She told Mitchell and I. "And also I can tell that you guys are truly in love with each other."

Ever since the 2nd day of school - August 22 - Mitchell lived with me in my house. He stayed in my room. My mom and dad didn't mind since we already had sex (obviously) and we have a child and everything. Same for his mom and dad.

"Good morning, babe," I greet, smiling, as I wake up next to Mitchell in my bed.

"Good morning, babe," Greets back Mitchell, smiling.

He kisses me on my lips.

"We should go to the park today," I blurt out randomly.

"That's a great idea! Lorraine would love it."

"Yay! We'll hit Dover Park around noon?"

"Sounds like a plan, Stan."

At noon, we're at the park.

Mitchell and I are dressed in North Face jackets and sweatpants and Adidas sneakers.

Lorraine is dressed in a long-sleeved, yellow and white polka dot onesies with a white fleece jacket to keep her warm.

Octobers in Colorado are chilly. Today, it's cloudy and 50 degrees fahrenheit.

"Let's take a walk in the trails," Suggests Mitchell.

"Okay, sure." I agree.

I push the stroller while Mitchell holds my hand. We happily walk through the mile-long trail. By the time we're back to the playground, we're worn out by all that walking.

However, Lorraine is happy. She is making babbling noises. It's so cute.

"We should go to Baskin Robbins and eat ice cream," I say, spotting the Baskin Robbins across the street.

"Good idea!" Mitchell says ecstatically, his face glowing and eyes gleaming.

We reach Baskin Robbins and we both eat plain vanilla ice cream cones. Yummy!

By 4:00 in the afternoon, we return home, pooped.

"That was fun," I remark as we plop down on the couch in the living room.

"I know right," Remarks Mitchell.

"Lorraine had fun even though she's young to actually play at the park."

"Yeah, I know. But when she's older, like somewhere between 6 months and 1 year, she can play on the playground and ride in the baby swing."

"I can't wait!" I beam.

"Me either," Mitchell beams.

We stop speaking for a few minutes, just watching the TV.

During a commercial, Mitchell breaks the ice by declaring, "Cassandra Nicole Somers, I love you so much and I'm so blessed that you're, out of all young women, my girlfriend and the mother of my daughter. You're just absolutely wonderful and so is Lorraine."

My eyes water up. My heart melts. "Thanks, babe. That means a lot to me. You're the best boyfriend ever and I'm blessed that you, out of all young men, is the father of my daughter. You're just amazing, Mitchell. I love you."

Mitchell and I lean in and our lips crash against each other but in a gentle way. We start to make out, but we stop since we're the living room and I know Dad is home.

"We should celebrate our 3-month anniversary next month," Mitchell says.

"Yeah, good idea! Let's do it!"

We kiss again.

Mitchell is sincerely the best boyfriend ever and I sincerely love him to death.
