Talon
He fu*king winked at her. He called her beautiful. He called my mate beautiful. He flirted around her and then he fu*king dares to ask her out on a fu*king date!
That piece of fu*king human shit. I should have ripped his head off!
"Talon, let go of me!" Darlene yells as I drag her towards the car. "LET GO OF ME TALON." She yells louder this time. A few people turn their heads to look in our direction and start whispering to each other. Damn humans, don't know how to mind their own fu*king business.
"Talon, if don't let go of me I'll create a scene. I swear-" I let go of her hand as we reach to the car and face her.
"Get in." I order curtly.
"What the hell." She curses. "I'm not getting anywhere near you!" She says and starts walking away.
"Darlene get in the damn CAR." I order once again. But being the hardheaded third in command she is she sends me a glare and keeps on walking away from me.
"Darlene." I walk after her and grab her arm once again to stop her in her place.
"Don't you dare touch me." She pushes my hand away.
"Why are you being so hard!" I demand angrily. "You always have test my temper!"
"Oh so you think you have the right to ask me that? You think you of all the people have the right to be angry!" She hisses through her teeth.
"He was flirting with you, and you were happily flirting back with that filthy human." I yell not able to control myself anymore.
"So it's about him?" She lets out a humorless chuckle. "So what if I were flirting with him? So what if he asked me out huh? It's non of your damn business."
"It is my business." I clarify loudly.
"IT'S NOT! I'm not your girlfriend! How dare you call me your girlfriend!" She yells back.
"Darlene you are my mate and I won't allow any other male get any where near you. You hear me."
"Shut up!" She yells pushing me hard with all her power.Her push is stronger than any she wolf's push. She is a gamma after all. But I'm the alpha and it doesn't affect me at all. "Shut the fu*k up! Don't you dare say that word again! You don't deserve to call me that you piece of shit!" She yells and starts running away from me. Now the people start stopping and looking at us. And I know this was not an argument to have in public.
"Darlene! Darlene wait!" I shout out her name after but she doesn't turn around and leaves disappearing between the crowd.
I run after her but she is gone. I couldn't track her smell between all these different smells. So I decide to give her a moment alone and wait by the car. Maybe she will come back.
One hour pass. Two hours pass and she doesn't return. I decide to call her but remember I don't even have her phone number. Giving up I drive back to the pack house. Maybe she went back there running in her wolf.
I arrive at the pack house and find Jacob talking to Matt near the entrance. "Jacob is Darlene back?" I ask him. Jacob looks at me confused for a moment. "Darlene? Didn't you take her along with you? Why did it take so long?"
