Twenty: Picture Perfect

Uh...What?!

Sasuke never got the chance to complete his end of the deal he made with Naruto due to rumors about a war against all of the villages. He, along with the rest of the gang have been nonstop preparing for the war. His relationship with Ino has been wonderful.

Each chance he gets, he stops by the flower shop or the hospital to see her and give her a kiss on the cheek to start her day.

Ino has been motivated to train more to enhance her family's jutsu as well as develop her skills as a medic. Sakura has helped her improve her chakra control and now Ino can transfer thoughts from one person to another without exhausting herself.

She can also use her mind transfer jutsu at a seven mile radius. Thanks to some extra training from Hinata and Neji, she can also locate an enemy's critical points using her jutsu.

Her, Sai and Shino are currently on a mission to deliver another scroll to the Raikage and Killer Bee. Sai and Shino received intel that Killer Bee is the only jinchuriki alive that can control his tailed beast. They need to receive permission from the Raikage to have Naruto come train under Killer Bee to fully control Kurama's power.

Ino and Shino are watching the areas around Sai as he uses his ink bird to fly his team so they can recover their chakra. Ino looks over to Sai and smiles at her boyfriend. 'He is so hot when he's being serious.'

"Beautiful?"

Ino looks surprised.

"Staring at the back of my head isn't the form of watching my back that we were talking about."

Shino chuckles with Sai at Ino's embarrassment.

Ino pouts, "Hmph. And hear I was thinking about how hot my boyfriend is."

Sai blushes and Shino laughs.

Sai turns and blows a kiss at her making her turn her head in embarrassment.

After a few more hours, Sai's bird lands in front of the Lighting Village.

Darui meets the team at the gate and escorts them to the Raikage tower. They enter the office and greet both the Raikage and Killer Bee before delivering the scroll. While speaking with the team about fulfilling Lady Tsunade's request, another two kinoichi enters the office. "Mission complete Lord Raikage."

Shino and the others turn around and sees familiar faces. Sai gets angry at the sight of them remembering when they pummeled Naruto.

Karui approaches Sai and bows to him. "I'm sorry for our actions last time."

Samui nods as well.

Sai calms down and accepts their apology. Shino, however, never takes his eyes off of Samui. Ino notices this and transfers her thoughts to Sai.

'Babe. Look at Shino.'

'I see him. He's been staring at her googily eyed since she walked in.'

'I should tell her.'

'Ino. Don't.'

'Did you just call me Ino?'

'That's how serious I am.'

'Let's see how serious you are when you have to wait two months for treats. And you know what I mean.'

'You know what? Go ahead Beautiful. As a matter of fact, let's both play match maker.'

'I knew you loved me.'

'Always.'

Sai clears his throat as he gets Shino's attention.
