Oc and dedication to DarkSpector

I felt so groggy getting up from bed this morning. The ghasts kept waking me up all night through their constant moaning, even though it isn't technically night, like the Overworld's nights. Dad made it even worse by trying to command them to calm down and go to somewhere else to do their moaning, but all they did was complain about their lonely business. I did eventually go to sleep, but only because I was feeling like I was going to pass out.

Smack! I felt my bed become wet with large amounts of lava particles before feeling something lay across my stomach. I sat up to see our magma cube pet spread across my stomach and nearly off my bed. I groaned, "Barry..." He looked up at me and made a smacking noise with his mouth. I could tell that he was hungry. I swung my feet around so they would be out of bed and placed them in my knee high boots. They blended into my pants so well, it would take a human a little while to realize that they are boots.

I got up with Barry still stuck to my waist. I looked down at him and sighed. I guess this was the closest version to a pet I can get along with. My dad and I aren't the best when it comes to animals. Dad would go nether stars over blowing them up. The only excuse to this is if the animal is a hybrid friend of his. I would say ours if I felt like I was part of the team. But I just think of myself as simply the Wither's daughter when it comes to them. If only they were all wither skeletons...

"Good morning, Valadis!" Dad seemed to cheerfully shake me to real life as I got out of my daydream. I shook and looked over to see my dad already eating his breakfast, parts of nether wart and ghast milk getting sucked into his middle head's mouth. His three heads turned to me and nodded for me to sit down. I felt my cheeks burn as I slowly say down.

A bowl of grinded nether wart and ghasts milk was gently put on the table as dad continued to stare at me with slightly tired eyes. He tried blinking out the glassy look as I started eating the Nether wart and ghast milk. He then cleared his throat, "V?"

I looked up with a mouthful of my breakfast, "hm? Vhat?"

He narrowed his eyes slightly, "don't talk with your mouth full." He let me chew up my cereal a little more and let me swallow before he continued, "anyway, I know this is a little late, but I got to meet up with the others."

I gasped just in time to feel my airpipe get blocked. I then leaned over and coughed out a bit of breakfast.

Dad stared at me with widened eyes, but he did look like he was going to laugh. I coughed a little and breathed hoarsely. He then smiled, "well, what a reaction. Anyway, it's important matter, or at least Herobrine says it is."

I coughed, trying to keep my heart from racing from the the thought of him. He has always frightened me, from his superhuman strength to his aweful state of mind. I haven't understood why he is friends with my dad. I laughed nervously, "wasn't that what he said when all he wanted to do was listen to you talk to that bush...?"

He narrowed his eyes again, "that was after we talked about the war that was nearby and was going to eventually end up here, V."

I sighed and leaned back in my chair. I could already tell that I had red cheeks from choking on breakfast.

He then got up, "are you done with breakfast?" Then, suckling sounded. I felt my cheeks heat up from embarrassment.

I stared at my dad, just remembering that I still had a hungry magma cube on me. I looked down at Barry, who was looking up at me with his mouth still attached to my clothes. I giggled a little, "okay. I had enough of breakfast already." He then jumped off my stomach and landed into my bowl, pretty much absorbing every bit of my breakfast. I smirked and got up from the table.
