I panicked as I watched my brother fall onto the endstone. I've only seen humans do that when they die, so I thought he had died right in front of me. I got onto the ground and lightly slapped him, hoping that'll revive him. I watched for a moment, then did it again. No response.
As I grabbed some hair on my head, the dragon sighed, "he's only passed out. He's not dead."
I stopped for a moment, then sighed in relief, "okay... How do we get him back?"
"Just wait. He'll be fine."
"But he's my brother."
"I know, Endie. I know." She huffed before gently picking him up by the mouth, careful not to draw blood. I know this because, sadly enough, this is what she had to do with me all the time. I just hope she doesn't get angry and accidentally hurt him, though it was clear that she was already upset. Whatever he told her must have been really made her upset.
I sigh and go up to her, "I'll take him, if you need me to."
She raised her eyebrow, talking while trying not to move her jaw as much as she can, "since when did you think that I would hurt him?"
"It's not that. I just know that you're upset."
She huffed and dropped him roughly, "fine. His filthy rags were bothering my throat anyway."
Yep. He had made her upset. She only does that when angry. Well, better for him to be dropped harshly than be torn to pieces.
I picked him up as gingerly as possible. I've had a ton of practice with young endermen, since they get hurt too many times to even count, even for a single day. I've already had to do this to about a hundred of them already, just today!
I couldn't believe of how heavy he was. Within minutes, I was seconds away from just stumbling to the side and accidentally feeding him to the empty void below. We often call it the bottomless trashcan, since that's where all our trash inevitably goes to. I went to my knees, just in case. I groaned in pain as I skinned my knees a little before putting him down. I sigh, "why must you be heavy?"
He responded with a moan.
The dragon sighed and looked back at me, "do you need me to carry him?"
I shake my head, "maybe we can just return him to his home?"
She sighed, "good luck finding it. When I finally hear about where he is, his home is destroyed by Notch and he settled in with another home. We don't know where he lives now."
I couldn't help but sigh. I wanted to help my brother, but he is too heavy and mysterious for me to help him. I look up at her, "maybe I can hide him in the Overworld?"
She looked at me and huffed, "goodness, you are as stubborn as that one-man army."
I chuckled, "I guess that's where I get it from." I then look at a picture of a cave that was said to be safe to teleport to, nodded, and teleported to the location with my brother.
I sensed the sudden change of atmosphere. What was once dry and somewhat dusty was now warm from the tight space. Every muscle in my body suddenly tightened, making me solid. This wasn't a safe area to teleport anymore.
Humans looked at me with fear in their eyes. They were wearing outfits that I have never seen before. They were all covered in powder, possibly from broken ores or something.
One of them shook, "crap! Boys, don't look into the Ender eye!" They all looked away because of the demand.
I took advantage of this and teleported to a random area. Before I knew it, I was freezing beyond what I have ever felt in the End. It had its cold nights, but none like this. The world around me was white, wet, and soft. It would be paradise for me, if it wasn't cold and wet. I started shaking my brother, "Herobrine? Hero? Big brother? Please. Wake up."
He only answered with a complaint.
I mentally facepalmed, "and the stubborn one gets a kick in the butt once again..." I dragged him underneath a green bushy thing that grew out of the ground. It felt a lot better, but it didn't help with the heat much. I kept shaking him, hoping he could wake up so we could survive. Our survival is possibly literally in his hands. I knew I should have learned about this new place before coming. I knew that I was in trouble. "What have I done...?"
I have waited my entire life to finally meet my brother. The only one that I could relate too, anyway. And now I am freezing him and myself to death. I knew that I couldn't go back, since that dragon would get mad at me for nearly killing a possible ally, and I didn't want to try teleporting, fearing that I was going to make things worse. All I could do was wait.
