Killian.

The food in front of me laid untouched as i sat on the cold floor, my arms chained up like so many times before. the only way i could even get the food was if i tried to move the weight hanging on the other side of the chain. but If I moved the pain would come back, and even though I was used to it a lot by now it was still not something I practically liked. Sighing I just forgot about the food. a piece of stale bread hardly counted as a meal anyways. i decided on sleep, to rest even if dreamed plagued me.  A few hours later my door opened, readying myself for another round of pure agonizing torture I kept my eyes closed. Hearing more than a few people enter my cell made me open them. They dragged in two men, not moving and heavily bleeding form the smell of iron that came with them. Chaining them up next to me, I was confused and looked at the person chaining them. 'Some company for ya, don't get too attached though we have plans for them.' Laughing he left and the door closed. They didn't move for quite some time. The smaller one of the two was the first to wake up. Looking disoriented his eyes started to focus on me. Confused he blinked a few times, obviously having trouble clearing his eyesight. Next to him the taller one started to stir. Completely forgetting about me his head sprung towards the man next to him. I could tell he tried to speak but nothing left his lips. Growling he shook his head again. The taller one lifted his head and looked just as the other one did. I being on the opposite wall from them his eyes landed on me. Sighing I pointed with my head to the guy next to him. Groaning he twisted his head. Eyes, big with shock. 'You guys both sure fucked up to end in here.' I chuckled without emotion and a Blank expression on my face. Not that they could see me properly, it was too dark and the only light was in the middle of the small cell. I could see just fine, my eyesight long used to the permanent darkness. 'Who are you?' the taller one asked. 'Names mean attachment, and I learned the hard way not to go down that road.  So I advise you the same.' I cringed at my hard tone, they didn't deserve that. But it was all I could at that time, the only way i had been able to survive was to detach myself from everything. My voice was still hoarse from screaming and my throat burned from lack of water. The guy nodded. 'w-where are we?' the small one asked. 'I wouldn't know, somewhere secluded, never been outside so I am not sure.' Sighing I let my head drop against the wall. 'How long have you been here?' I was silent for a while, what to tell them? I had no idea anymore. 'A while.' Is the answer I settled on. 'What do they want with us then?' the small one asked after a few minutes, curious little thing. Shrugging I didn't answer. it had been a very long time since i had company so i was not surprised to find myself wondering about them.

'Where are you from?' I could not help but ask, it was risky, the more I knew about the two the more attached I could become. 'A settlement, well.. More like a rebellion. We were out on a random check-up of an old hospital to look for supplies, but we never made it that far. We got ambushed a few miles from our target.' Anger laced his voice the smaller one tried to comfort him but the chains holding him would not let him actually touch the other. 'Hmm, how many men did you take with you?'

Grinding his teeth he looked towards me. '10.' Sighing I shook my head. 'I'm sorry.' Was all I could say. They didn't know this but I was the only one here, and there were no other cells, his men were dead. the realization that they soon would be gone was a hard truth. Confused he stared into the darkness. 'Damned...' I heard him mutter. The door opened. He was back. 'There making new friends? I will leave them alone if you promise to behave my pet.' Clenching my teeth I nodded. I got pulled off my feet. I heard them gasp. I can't blame them. It must have a sight, seeing me in the light. The door closed behind me with a loud bang. being dragged through the halls once more was easier this time around, i had a purpose again, even if it wouldn't last long. those two didn't deserve to die an awful death in this place like the many before them. i was most likely to fail again, and have part of their death tarnish my soul. all i had to focus on right now was to keep breathing, easier said then done as i choked slightly when i was strapped onto the table. i had laid here longer then i had been in my cell, yet the fear was just as strong as the first time.
