-Ezra's pov-
I'm currently running towards the landing zone, I had regroup with the 501 legion and 365 legion after the face off with the dark sider, as we are running towards, we noticed the separatists retreating, most likely there regrouping and working on protecting the droid factory, we entered the landing zone, Skywalker and Aduli runs to the medics, getting Aduli some medical attention, while Anakin and Ahsoka are comparing there droid kills and determining who won, I walked over to a injured Kenobi, I kneeled down and began examining his injury and I said "master, you alright?" Kenobi chuckled painly and he nodded "it's the usual for me my young padowan" I cracked a smile at him and I said "I'm a Jedi knight master" "I know but in my eyes, you will always be my padowan" I chuckled lightly and I looked at the massive red Ray shield covering the droid factory "who gets to take that out?" Kenobi looked at the shield and he smiled "you and Anakin, you two are the only capable leaders who can mass an attack to destroy it, me and aduli can't because we got injured earlier" I chuckled lightly at him and I nodded "yeah, I still have more then 50% of my forces still battle hungry and I'm still feeling my adrenaline rush" Obiwan laughed lightly due to his injures, he turned his head to the side seeing Anakin talking with Padme and Leia and he said "it's strange you know" I raised an eyebrow at my injured master and replied back to him "how do master?" "Look at Anakin, Ezra, he's raising a family during these hard and cruel times, he knows the risk of being a husband and father, he knows that he could die at any moment during the war, and yet he still has a smile....who can he be happy when he could die at any moment?" I sat ontop of a crate next to master Kenobi and I replied to him "maybe he's enjoying there company, he's spending as much time with them as possible, cuz he knows that there's a chance that he could die during a mission, so he's making everyday with them like his last....lucky him...." Obiwan looks at me, curious on my last choice of words and he said "you want what he haves Ezra?" "Yes master but unlike him, I cannot stomach the risk of dying, leaving the family I care for, on there own, so I stuff my feelings of love until I can end this drawn out war" Obiwan smiled at him and he nodded, he replied back to me "alright Ezra, back on currosant, I'll ask the Jedi counsel for permission to allow you to form a romantic attachment...lets hope that both of us come out of this battle alive to pitch the idea to the counsel..." "Yes master..." I turned my head to the side, seeing Leia walking towards me, she had a smile on her face, the smile I loved to see but knowing it'd be the last time I saw it if I had died, Leia walked towards me and she said "are you injured Ezra?" I replied back to her "the usual cuts and bruises..." Leia placed her hand on my shoulder and said "hey listen, Iv been talking to mom and dad, and they said when we get back to corrosant, is that we are gonna head to a great restaurant, and dad wanted you to come" I shook my head as I got onto my feet, getting Leias hand off my shoulder and I spoke "sorry, but I'm heading back to the temple with master Kenobi, after this battle, I have to give my report to the counsel" Leia giggled lightly as she put her hand back on my shoulder "can you miss just one meeting right?" I growled at her as she instantly retracted her hand, and I yelled out at her "MY DUTYS TO THE COUNSEL OUTWEIGHS EVERYTHING ELSE!!!" My yelling had gotten the attention of every clone trooper in the landing zone, along with Obiwan, Anakin, Ahsoka and Padme, Leia didn't cry but she's shaken up after I yelled at her, I turned around and began walking towards the one of the tanks for some privet time, Obiwan felt bad for Leia but she should know that love is only a secondary priority to jedis,
-time skip a couple hours-
It's been a couple hours since coming to the landing zone, Leia starts shedding a few tears into her mothers arms, Anakin just glared at me while I was directing my special unit, The Piercing Lance unit, there a squad of heavy clone troopers with phase 4 heavy clone armor, making there nearly impossible to kill, there equipped with Clone Mini guns and rocket launchers, as im talking to my unit with a commanding voice, I turned my head to the sky, seeing a gunship coming towards the landing zone, I turned to commander bolt and I said "continue this without me" commander bolt saluted and he said "yes sir" bolt continued to battle debrief, I walked over to the now landed gunship along with master Skywalker, he kept glaring at me since the moment I yelled at Leia, the gunships blast doors opened, revealing Jedi Master Luminara and her Padowan Barris Offie, we bowed to the new Jedi arrivals and I said "welcome to the worst planet in the galaxy master" luminara giggled slightly at me and replied "it can't be that bad Master Shan" I snorted slightly, making her giggle, I know it's strange but my heart pounds when I'm around her, the same way I feel when ever I'm around Leia, I said to her "your not the one fighting in the sand and rocks master" luminara smiled as she got out of the gunship along with her padowan, Ezra looks at the red shield covering the droid factory, determined to destroy it
