I think i love you

I woke up the next morning expecting a visit from Scott, it got to 11am, he told me he'd be there for 10. I started to wonder where he was, I phoned Lucy and she told my he had already gone to the airport. I ran out of the house and got in the car and drove to the airport, I ran to the terminal and saw him standing there. "Scott?" I ran and hugged him, he was waiting to board the plane "you were going to leave without saying goodbye? I was promised a goodbye"
"Sorry, Malia , but I hate goodbyes"
"I hate them too but it would be worse not saying goodbye if I never see you again"
"Sorry" he sounded distant
"Why are you going? You don't have to leave! We are 18 soon we can stay without our parents"
"I'm leaving because I have nothing holding me here ..."
"THATS NOT TRUE. What about your friends?"
"My friends who hate me for betraying them?"
"We don't hate you"
"Whatever, I have to go, it's final"
"FINE! Goodbye then" I began walking away
"MALIA!," I turned to look at him "give me one reason to stay and I will... just one reason"
I didn't even have to think, I began walking towards him without saying a word and kissed him, right in the middle of the airport
"My reason for you to stay is... I think that I love you" not a word was said he just smiled and kissed me back.
"It took you long enough to say, I think I love you too" he sounded cocky as he said it.
"What are you talking about, your the one who's been in a relationship" I said in defence,
"Ever heard of making someone jealous?" He was smiling as he said this and I just laughed,
"So, does this mean your staying?"
"I'm staying!" He sounded so happy
"YAYYYYY" I screamed jumping into his arms "wait, what does this mean for us?" I asked
"I guess it makes me your boyfriend and you my girlfriend?" He said it as if it was a question,
"I guess it does" I couldn't control the smile spread across my face as we walked out of the airport
