Asthma

My eye lids are heavy. Like their pinned together or something. I finally manage to open one slightly, but regret it as a bright light seeps through it. I groan and take a deep breath, also regretting it, my lungs hurt and my chest is in pain.

I open despite how bad the bright light hurts, as I adjust to it. I feel a hand on mine and see Austin. He's asleep, snoring slightly. I see a board across the room, reading the nurses name and the date that says how long I've been here and what day it is today.

11/17-11/19

Bobi

My eyes widen. I've been unconscious for two days. But how? My mind drifts off and out of the blue I look at the table next to me. There's flowers, boxes full of goodys and a bottle of water. I grab the water bottle and drink it up.

Bobi's my nurse?

I feel slight movement and look at Austin who stirs, and lifts his his head opening his eyes. He sees me and yawns, stretching but stopping midway, and looking at me. His pupils dilate and he runs out the room.

I shrug when I collect myself from his reaction. Not what I expected, but okay. What happened to me anyways? I only remember a blur.

Someone runs into the room frantically, engulfing me in a hug. My head turns to the side and I catch a glimpse of teddy bears in the far corner, by the window.

"Elliot! Let me hug her, you twat!" Exclaims a tiny squeaky voice. Elliot pulls away and kisses my cheek. "I'm sorry. I don't know what I did, but I'm sorry." He apologizes and I just look at him funny. His eyes widen. "Do you know who I am?" He asks, worried and concerned. I shake my head and put on a poker face.

I reckon he don't know that I know exactly who he is but I have absolutely no fucking idea.

His eyes widen, and steps he takes slow steps away from me. Diamond climbs on tops of me and hugs me. I fight a smile as she hugs me and Elliot's face is priceless. Frank comes in next, looking at Elliot who whispers something and the same expression forms on his face.

As much as I try to fight the laugh as the doctor steps in the room, I can't and break out laughing, hugging back Diamond, and now Tori, who jumps on the bed, hugging me.

"Oi! You should've seen your face! Priceless," I laugh harder, flinching a bit when I fill a sharp pain on my side, as his face returns and replays in my head.

"I know who you are, you bum. I just have no flurping idea what your talking about." At this time, about almost everyone I know is there. Especially Kyle.

He walks over to me and hugs me. "I'm sure she's fine, Doc." If he's here, how come I found Austin and not him?

"Judging by her laugh, yes. Did you experience any pain while doing that?" I nod, "just a sharp pain on my side." I explain. "What about when your breath?" I nod, "except, it's both my lungs that hurt, completely."

He nods and writes it down on a paper. He grabs the stethoscope, placing down the clipboard and placing the head of it on my chest asking me to take a deep breath. I do as he says and flinch.

"They just sound sore. You may go home today, but no sports, whatsoever. Your asthma may come back. A strong one, Lesley."

My eyes widen and I'm suddenly very confused. Asthma?

"Wait..." I stop him as he starts to leave the room with his clipboard. Aunt Bobi is now in the room, writing down my heart rate and other stuff. I look at her. "What do you mean asthma?" I turn to look at the doctor as he sighs. "Bobi?" I snap my head at her. I'm not mad, just shocked that I ever had asthma. She opens her mouth and closes it, sighing.
