I just moved to LA. Three weeks ago I got a letter that I would get to go Jason Oliver's school for gifted children. I am a football and science prodigy. I stared out the window at my new school. "See you later mom."
"Bye Sean."
I got out of the car and walked into the building. I stopped at the front desk. " Um... hi I'm a new student and I need my schedule."
"What's your name?" the woman at the front desk (her name tag said Mrs. Miller) asked.
"Sean Williams." she reached under the table and pulled out a piece of paper and handed it to me. It had my classes and times written on them. I started walking to my homeroom as the bell rang. Great, I'm late on my first day. Good job,Sean. I ran up the stairs and across the hall to room 258. I opened the door, and everyone turned to look at me. "Is this room 258?"I asked.
"Yes, yes it is," he continued,"Class this is Sean, Sean Williams." I looked at one of the girls her face seemed to pale and redden at the same time. I took a seat on the other side of the room from her. I looked over there a minute later, she was gone. I turned around and saw her walk in the door. She looked sad."As I was saying earlier,"Mr. Johnson continued."Class this is Sean. I need one of you to show him around school."He looked around and pointed to the girl, "Jade, you." Jade that seemed familiar. She looked up from her notebook and looked from me to the teacher. "Fine" she said. And with that the bell rang.
She stood up and turned to the boy sitting next to her. She said something I couldn't hear turned and walked over to me. "Give me your schedule, Sean."
"What?"
"I said give me your schedule."I handed her the paper. "Great," she said sarcasm dripping from her voice. "We have the same schedule," she finished. I looked at her I knew her from somewhere, but I just couldn't put my finger on it. "What, you don't recognize me," she said as we were walking down the hall. "No, I don't," I replied. She turned around and looked at me, now walking backwards. "Well I'm surprised Sean."She pronounced it like the word seen. I looked at her in shock, the only person who ever called me that was, "Jade Mclain." She smiled "Yup," she turned around and started walking. I stopped,"What are you waiting for Sean. We have Math."
I started to follow her again. It was weird seeing Jade again. She seemed different and yet the same. I realized I was staring and quickly looked away. She looked at me with a weird expression on her face. She looked at her watch, "Sean the bell rings in to minutes."We started running.
A/N So, just to let you know the name of the chapter is the person who's point of view it's from. OK bye!
