twelve;

"You didn't have to send me back to my house though," Hanna stopped in front of her and turned around to face Changkyun, "but thank you."

"I mean, why would I let you go home by yourself when it's so late," Changkyun stated as a matter of fact.

"Oh, such a gentleman," Hanna joked. Changkyun laughed, replying, "I'm really a gentleman!"

"So, um, tomorrow," Changkyun started, hesitating whether he should ask or not, "same time?"

Hanna hummed, smiling, "sure, but I might be late. Sorry."

"It's alright," the boy looked down and shuffled his right foot. His hands were in his pockets, probably due to the cold weather. He smiled gently. "I'll send you off now."

He shooed Hanna away with his right hand. Hanna pouted before actually opening the gate of her house and getting in. "Bye, I'll see you tomorrow."

-

"Don't you have tutoring today?" Kihyun asked Changkyun who just came in the dance studio. The six members looked at the youngest as he stopped in his tracks.

"She said she'll be late anyway, so I can come to practice today until around seven, I guess," he shrugged.

The other members looked at one another, unsure as to why their youngest sounded gloomy. "Alright, let's get started then. Changkyun-ah, go ahead and change first," Hyunwoo instructed.

After changing, they went to their positions as instructed. Their practice went smoothly, however, Changkyun's mind was distracted by only one person. "Changkyun-ah, are you okay?," Jooheon asked during their water break. The youngest shrugged, "sure. Why not?"

Jooheon duplicated Changkyun's action after drinking his own water, "your mind seems to deviate from the practice a lot."

Changkyun's eyebrows furrowed. "What do you mean by that?"

The older chuckled, "you're supposed to understand me, smartypants." The younger shook his head, smiling. "Is there anything bothering you?"

Changkyun looked up to Jooheon, unsure as to how he found out. As if Jooheon was reading his mind, he answered his question, "it's written on your face."

"It's nothing, let's go back to practice."

-

"Junhong-ah, it's been an hour and you haven't answered any questions!" Hanna reprimanded the guy whose head was on the table, trying to fall asleep.

"But, it's so boring! Why don't we start in an hour?" Junhong sat up straight, excitement shown on his face. Hanna sighed, "you've already wasted an hour and you wanna waste another one? I've got something going on later."

Junhong pouted, "okay then." He took his pen and the practice paper on the table. Hanna smiled as she looked at her own tutee attempting the questions.

However, an hour later, Junhong was doodling on the practice paper, clearly not doing the other half of the paper. "You're still not done?" Hanna looked up from her own paper. Junhong shook his head, "too difficult."

"You should've asked me! You asked me to be your tutor for a reason, right?" Hanna reproofed. Junhong thought for a while which made Hanna ponder. The boy then shook his head again, "nope, not really."

"What do you mean?" Hanna asked.

The older sighed, "wanna have dinner with me?"

"Only if you finish the paper."

-

'Hey I'm having dinner with Junhong, so I don't think we'll have the tutor session today. I'm sorry!' the text message read. The seven boys were having another break when Hanna texted her tutor. Upon reading the text, Changkyun gently threw his phone in his bag, his irritation couldn't be hidden anymore. Kihyun and Hoseok, who was the nearest to him, noticed his unruly behavior. Kihyun came up to him, "what's the problem?"

Changkyun shrugged as he drank water from his bottle, "nothing much. I can stay until the end of practice."

The two older boys nodded. They went back to practice though Changkyun started feeling unwell.

"Hey, are you okay?" Hyungwon questioned the youngest. He only nodded his head but that mere nod made his head feel dizzy. He started breathing heavily and uncontrollably. "Changkyun-ah," Hyungwon started shaking him and holding him up, afraid that without his hold, the youngest will collapse. "Sit down for a while," the older led him to the seat. Since Kihyun was near them, he informed the leader.

Minhyuk then went up to Changkyun and sat beside him, "here, drink some water to hydrate yourself."

"Do you want to go home and rest?" Kihyun asked. By now, the others have crowded around him. Hyunwoo instructed the rest to give Changkyun space so as to have more oxygen for the youngest to breathe. Changkyun nodded.

"I'll send him home," Jooheon initiated, his hand lifted up as he volunteered.

-

"Are you feeling better?" Jooheon asked as Changkyun lied down on the bed, ready to fall asleep. He only nodded his head. "If you need anything else, just call me, I'll be in the living room." Soon after, the older left the youngest alone to rest.

Soon, morning came and Changkyun woke up to the sun's glow from his window. He grunted. He took his phone from the side table to check on the time. It read, 06:09 AM.

Below the time were all his notifications... from games, reminders and there was a text message. Changkyun tapped on it to open the text.

'Good morning, Mr. Changkyun. This is just a reminder that today is the last day of your tutoring for my daughter, Jeong Hanna. I hope it has been meaningful for you and I'm sorry on behalf of her if she was a bother to you in any way. Thank you so much and I wish you a great day ahead!'

The boy checked on the date and yes, it's confirmed. It's the last day. He suddenly dreaded waking up today. He wished he had gone for the tutor session with Hanna despite her eating dinner with Junhong yesterday. He didn't even know it was the last day, and he bet she wasn't aware as well.

Sighing, he replied, 'It's been a wonderful experience tutoring Hanna. Thank you and have a nice day!'

The door opened, revealing Kihyun who greeted, "good morning! It's time for breakfast!"

-

"Tutor today?" Changkyun stood up in front of Hanna who was sitting down on her table, attempting an assessment book. The girl only nodded and hummed. "See you at the same place!" he concluded and went back to his own seat.

He giggled to himself as he thought of having to spend more time with his tutee.
