Yuri and Otabek left the restaurant feeling full and happy. They walked along the side of the road under the stars loosely holding hands. "I'm tired" yawned Yuri. "Well your house is too far from here so you can stay at my house." Offered Otabek with a glimmering smile. Yuri nodded and leaned on Otabek as they walked to his house.
When they walked in, Yuri instantly smelled the cologne Otabek used and felt right at home. His eyes began to close and he melted into Otabek and nearly fell to the floor before Otabek caught him and held him in his arms. "I love you." Yuri whispered before drifting to sleep. Otabek turned red and layed Yuri on the bed.
He couldn't sleep. 'Was that how he felt?' Thought Otabek, 'was it just a sleep thing?'
He sat watching Yuri that night.
The next morning, Yuri woke to see his friend asleep on a chair next to him. "Otabek, are you awake?" As soon as he heard this he sat up straight. He turned to Yuri and wondered whether to bring up what he had said. So inevitably he chose to ignore it to save an awkward moment.
A few hours later of breakfast and busyness, Yuri left with a goodbye and a smile from the previous night.
