Entry No. 7

Feb. 11, 2014

Dear 30 Day Diary,

Ugh.. I’m sick. It’s flu season here and well… I don’t exactly have the strongest immune system. Anyway… I guess I don’t really have anything on here to write about. I am sick, so I’ll make this as quickly as possible.

Once there was a bird named Flappy Bird, or as what people would call her, Flappy. Valentine’s Day was approaching and she wanted this year to be different. She wanted to have a valentine.

“How am I going to do that though? I’m not really that pretty and I’m really annoying.” She muttered quietly to herself as she headed to the coffee shop.

She ordered her regular frappuccino, she sat down and thought of more ways to get a valentine.

“I give up.” She muttered to herself once again as she stood up and headed to the exit. Not looking her way, she bumped into something or someone hard. She looked up to see a bird like herself. His coffee spilled over him as he stared down at her with an angry expression.

“You spilled my coffee!” He shouted ever so loudly, causing every head to turn in their direction.

“Pl-please calm down! I’ll buy you another one!” She whispered, hoping he’ll calm down.

“You better.”

“Is this okay for you?” Flappy asked as she handed the cup to the guy. She watched him take a sip and he sighed in content.

“Yeah. What’s your name?” Flappy simply blushed and looked away from him.

“Erm… I’m Flappy.” He chuckled.

“I’m Angry Bird.”

She held back a laugh as she stared dumbfounded back at him.

“Yeah, yeah! Go laugh all you want.”

With that being said, she fell to the floor and laughed ever so hard.

Out of the corner of her eye, she saw him roll his eyes at her.

“C’mon, let’s go somewhere.” He told her.

“Erm… why?” She asked curiously.

“You still owe me you know.”

“But I already bought you a drink.”

“That’s not enough.”

She sighed and gave up, following him out of the café.

Her eyes showed happiness as she saw where they were headed.

To the Amusement Park.

“Yay! Thank you so much for taking me!” She cheered happily.

“No problem.” He chuckled once again.

Together, they entered the amusement park and had the best… date?

I’d finish this on Friday… maybe… I told you I’m sick so I’m sorry

Sincerely Yours,

Ezelle Lucienne
