While The Last Five Years isn't the first work we have ever written, it is the first one we are putting out there. We are very excited, yet nervous, for other people to read our work that we put so much thought and time(and even a little tears) into.
The chapters alternate between Drew and Poppy's POV, just like every one of our stories do. We love/prefer writing this way, and we often help each other figure out the plot of the chapter and how to go about it.
We hope you enjoy reading this as much as we enjoyed writing it. We laughed, we cried, we got mad at each other for some of the things we put in without telling each other, but the story of Drew and Poppy will always hold a special place in our heart.
