When did it become a trend to want to die?
When did it become a trend to cheat?
When did it become a trend to lie?
When did it become a trend to disrespect others?
When did it become a trend to lose your virginity so early on in life?
When did it become a trend to break laws and do illegal crap?

Today, a girl is made famous for disrespecting her mother on live tv. Shes 13.

Today a girl is made famous for twerking in front of her phone wearing small clothing items. She's 13.

If you don't take that as a sign then WAKE THE FUCK UP OKAY.

Don't get me wrong, wear whatever you want, and do what makes you happy. But if it leads you to disrespecting not only others, but yourself, then try doing what you love in another manner.

Disrespecting yourself isn't cool.
Starving yourself to fit into those right clothes, that's not cool.
Trying to shape into this perfect Barbie doll and trying to fit in with that popular crowd, sorry honey but that's not cool. Its not worth risking your happiness to become cool.

My advice to the people out there that this applies to:

Be yourself. If something makes you uncomfortable, don't do it, don't try it. If someone is pressuring you to do something, don't. That's no friend.

If you want to eat the last cookie, eat that fucking cookie. You know why? Because nothing on the media is real. Those models aren't real. Its photoshopped to shit. Nobody has perfectly flawless skin. Nobody has a perfect flat stomach.

People who think they're perfect and above all else, SIT THE FUCK DOWN BITCH IT AIN'T YOUR TIME TO SHINE.

Confidence is good don't get me wrong. Knowing your worth, that's confidence. When you see how much you deserve and you go for what you want. When you make stuff happen for the greater good and you don't let anyone stand in your way.

All these trends, they're not... Trendy.

Who said you needed a crop top and daisy dukes to be hot? Rock those sweats! Every single one of us is better than believing what we see on tv, isntagram, twitter, what ever. Don't fall for all these stupid lies society tries to throw at you because you know what?

It's all BULLSHIT.

That's right, its bullshit.

So you know what you do?

You be you. You do what makes you happy. Don't let these "trend setters" tell you you're doing it wrong, because the reality is that they're doing it wrong. And they can't face reality.
