8. The plan..this means war

-Skylars POV.

I think I'm going to head back towards the lot, maybe the guys are still there. With all this time alone I think I've come with a plan.. it's time to test it, I've only been away for maybe two hours so they should still be there. 

I finally  made it to the lot and I have an idea to see if Soda likes me... 

All of the guys are still here so its perfect.
"Hey Ponyboy can I talk to you?" I asked him. "Uh, yeah sure." He said kind of hesitantly. We walked over to a tree away from the gang. "So what do you wanna talk about?" He asked. "I have something to tell you pony, don't freak, and don't tell anyone else especially the person that this is about, got it?" I asked/said sternly. "Yeah, I got it." He said kind of worried. "Okay...so I kinda like Soda, alright? And so I have a plan, me and you pretend to date and then I could see if he does or doesn't even seem the slightest bit jealous." I said smirking evilly a bit. "Oh, that seems like a great plan!" He said excitedly. While smiling wide. "Okay, so will you do it?" I questioned hopefully. "Of course, I would help ya anytime, plus I love helping out with plans, it's interesting. " He said punching my shoulder lightly and playfully.

"Okay well lets go share the 'news' with the gang." I said putting quotes with my fingers when I said news. "Wait, lets make this seem real." He said as he put an arm on my shoulder. He's younger but he's about half a foot taller than me. "Alright, now lets do this." And with that we made our way over to the gang.

"Hey guys, we're back." I said slightly waving at them. "Um...are you two like..dating now?" Two-bit asked. "Uh, yeah." I said chuckling a bit. They all were glaring at Ponyboy, I looked up at him and looked at me and gave me a wink. Letting me know that I might want to see if it's working. I looked over at Sodapop and he didn't looked fazed by it, not one bit. Dangit. I guess I'll just have to up my game some. I'm not going to give up this easily.

"Good for you guys." Soda said giving us one of his movie star looks. Ughhh, just kill me now!! Who gave him permission to take my breath away?! Like boy, I don't think I did! This means war Soda pop Curtis, this means war..

-So I'm editing and changing this story so much, I'm actually loving it now! 😆 but I hope you guys enjoy it more now! I love y'all!!❤️👋🏻
