Hi, I'm Rose. Writing is a passion that I wish I had more time for. There are numerous stories floating around inside of my head on a daily basis. I fall in love with my characters to the point that I feel their pain, their happiness and their love. They are real to me, and I hope I can make that happen for you also. 😚

One can only hope to find their passion before they're dead and gone.-

(I'm writing this on 3 hours sleep, so bear with.) With this book, I'm exploring what it might be like for a vampire with Christian beliefs, but to be tragically flawed. What it would be to attempt to survive while hoping to die all along, and what that battle between acceptance and self loathing might look like. Also, she suffers from slight mental illness; touches of schizophrenia. Simply said, she sees things at times. It's one thing that she accepts. But, what did they know of such things in the start of that century? Bloodletting-always the answer. Mild tangent. To continue, I thought it might be interesting to write about a vampire that has many flaws, while trying at perfection, which will be the source of her madness. A Vampire that doesn't share the common ideals of others of their kind. As I've written her, she's turned out to be a miserable thing to be around. She's always angry or unsettled, punishes herself with starvation, seclusion, all that.

So, with all that said, I'll get into the way I write: This is a period piece, (this should be a foregone conclusion) thus, I write in the language that was the romance of the times. It is the way I write. It is the way I have always written. However, I understand that it's not suited for most and, at times, difficult to understand. If you have any questions about a line or a thought, please, feel at liberty to question it or me. I'm always open to messages.

The Basics;

Victoria maps her story after centuries of endurance. It is written in past tense. Throughout Victoria's existence, she has viewed herself with such misery, and her maker with such destain. It is such that she denies herself any pleasure or happiness at all.

This is her story as she remembers it.
