~A Report~

(NORTH)

A sharp pain shot from thigh and moved it's way through my whole leg. I allowed myself the time it took me to dig my phone from my pocket and read the message to feel the pain. After that I was focused.

Kota looked at me with a frown, "Is everything okay with the Toma's? They didn't have any trouble, right? North? Can you please answer, now."

I blinked and shook my head, fighting back the red hot temper that threatened to break loose.

"Sang started a fight at the bar, and Raven and then need our help."

Kota's face paled, "she started a fight? How?"

I clenched my jaw and worked over the words. Instead of answering, I shook my head and pressed my cellphone towards him. As he read the situation to himself I saw his struggle to remain in control of his actions begin.

But we had to stay here, we had to play the plan through to the end or the bitch who had kidnapped Sang would win, and we might never see her again. That thought alone was the only thing that kept me from going after Sang, who was drunk and in a tiny ass dress in the middle of a bar fight.

I pressed my balled up fist against a wall, resisting the urge to punch several holes through the plaster. Kota frowned, tight lipped and carefully, as he gave me my cell phone back. He nodded once, and turned away to look out the window. From our hotel, we could see the bar that Marc had texted me from. The rest of his team was around at the other bars, along with a second team that went by the name of McGaller's.

Now that we knew which bar she was at tonight, he rest of our plan could be put into place. The idea was to send in a few of us- Silas, Nathan, and Luke. They would be the bait, hoping to flush the vampire out.

I hated sitting on the sidelines, hell, I felt like I was allowing my brothers and the girl I loved to just walk in and sit down inside of a lion's den. But I knew that the vampire's rage and ego would draw her out for even one of us. She wanted to kill us all, that's the best we could figure.

We were hoping that Sang was just a convenient pawn to her, and that she didn't know how deep our bonds went. None of us really knew what kind of feelings Sang had had for us as kids, but we all had agreed that even if she didn't love any of us, we owed it to her to make sure she got out of her situation safely.

It was a promise we'd all made, and all intended to keep.

I frowned at my fist on the wall and tensed my shoulders. As much as I wanted to march over to the bar and break some skulls, to whisk her out of the situation and run away, I knew that things needed to be done a certain way.

Everything Victor and Doc had dug up had lead towards a solution that I had been in favor of since day one.

Killing her.

But it was Luke who found the missing link that would determine whether or not Sang would return back to normal, if there was any normal left for her to return to. Kota believed there was, and we all wanted to hope.

But realistically we were all prepared to face the worst, If she had lost herself through the mind alterations that Bitch Face had put her through, we would be there to help her live as comfortably as we could.

Sang would have to kill the vampire herself, which seemed unlikely, but we had to try.
