beep beep. Jax suddenly awoke from his sleep. He rubbed his eyes as he stared into the darkness of his bedroom, then picked up his lit up phone. It was a text from Kit.

really kit? it's like 4 am on a sunday.

i'm stuck on a track, and it's kept me up all night.

He didn't really mind Kit texting him in the middle of the night. I mean, if it were Miles, or Bianca, he might have been more upset. But Kit was...different.

so why'd you text me and wake me up!?

i'm stressed.
