"I have a friend that's grieving a family member... Do you have any advice for her?" the fan asks.

Hailee nods, "It's going to hurt. It's going to feel like you've been stabbed multiple times, gotten your heart ripped out, been punched full-force in the gut repeatedly, then Hulk threw you into a brick wall before you got hit by a train. It's going to be absolute agony for a while. But that's okay. It's okay to hurt. It's okay to feel like you'll never be happy again. But you will get better, I promise. Slowly. Very slowly. But you will. They say pain fades with time. They're right. Although they don't tell you that for a long time it's going to feel like every time you get a little bit better, every time things start looking up, it all comes crashing back down again. Even still, you'll get out of that eventually. No matter how hopeless it seems, you'll get better. Once you get past that, there will be times that it hurts every once in a while. Because grief isn't just something you can get over. That loss is a permanent part of you. But you can do it. I know you can. Just gotta Always Keep Fighting. And lean on the people that care about you when you feel too weak to stand. Also, don't get mad at yourself if you feel like you're not healing fast enough. Everyone heals at their own pace."

By the time she finishes, tears are flowing freely from her eyes.

"Always Keep Fighting," she whispers, "Yes it will hurt, but it will get better, I promise."
