(This is what Mackenzie looks like)
Emma's POV
Killian and I walked over to the girl that was known as Mackenzie or also known as our child.
"Hi remember us?" I ask her.
"Yeah I remember." She says.
"So umm look we know your note said you didnt need help, but we want to talk to you." Killian says to her.
"Look I need to just keep moving I meant what I said. I dont need help." Mackenzie says.
"Look we want to help. Here take this money." Killian says trying to hand her the money.
"No thanks." She says and pushes his hand away.
"Are you sure?" Killian asks.
"Yeah. Thanks anyway." She says and walked away.
It was strange that she didnt want the money and when I first saw her she was so upset. Now I used my super power on her and she was lying.
"Im gonna follow her." I say.
"Emma thats weird." Killian says.
"Well she is a child under the age of 18 she could go into the system or something. Im gonna find the truth on why she is really pushing us away." I say.
"Yeah okay. Do you want me to come with?" He asks.
"If you would like to." I say.
I went the way Mackenzie went and Killian had come with me. Then we saw something that we didnt like seeing. These guys were around her and we didnt know what they were saying, but it looked as if they were about to hurt her. Although we could hear what Mackenzie was saying yet she didnt seem afraid.
"Look I promise I will get you what you want. Just please let me stay here one more night." Mackenzie says.
"Look we told you we wanted 700 dollars and we wont let you back in until we get it." One boy says and raises his hand.
"Hey dont even think about it." Killian says.
Once the boys saw Killian they took off apparently Killian is scary.
"I didnt need your help." Mackenzie says.
"Look I know when people are lying and you are. Just come with us for now." I say to her.
She didnt even want to say anything, but she tried to walk away, but Killian stopped her.
"Look we just want to talk. Come with us just for alittle bit. We just want to talk." Killian say.
"Fine I'll give you 20mins." She says.
"Okay come along." I say.
We are about to know our child and find out why she is on the streets in the first place.
