Chapter 15

Killian's POV

I woke up to an empty bed and a note from Emma saying she had to go and break it off with Neal. As I got dressed I heard Milah coming inside the house.

"Killian you here?" Milah asks.

"Hey. Whats up?" I ask.

"Nothing. I had to come back early because of your weird message. Why would you text me that you dont want me here?" She asks.

"Oh you know what I was drinking last night and I think David took texted you since you know he doesnt like you." I lie.

"Oh.. Well I cant wait to stay with you." She says.

"Milah about that listen I dont think its best.... You shouldnt stay right now." I say.

"Why?" She asks.

"Because we have a history of being on and off and not being stable. I just think we need to work on our relationship alittle more." I say.

"You know what I agree. I guess I'll go back then." She says and walked out.

God Killian what is wrong with you. Emma is gonna hate me for not getting rid of her.

Emma's POV

Neal was in the living room and Belle was with me in the kitchen. I have to do it.

"Neal we need to talk." I say.

"Yeah. Before you say anything I want you to know that I would like to be around here alot." He says.

"Yeah that a great idea." I lie.

"Awesome. You know I saw some apartments for sale in town. Why dont we look?" He questions.

"Maybe another day I have somewhere to be." I say and walked out.

I walked over to the docks were Killian said to meet him. I cant believe I didnt break it off with Neal.

"Swan, I couldnt do it." Killian says as he walked up.

"I couldnt do it either. Which is weird because I know Im unhappy with him." I say.

"Yeah I know what you mean. Im not happy with Milah, but I cant let her leave and I dont know why." He says.

"Sorry I dont mean to intrude, but Maybe its because you two are trying to be together, but last time you were you both broke each other so I think your just keeping them around just incase you two dont work again." Dr.Hopper says.

As he walked away Killian and I just looked at each other.

"He's right." Killian says.

"Yeah I know, but I want to be with you." I say to him.

"I want to be with you too." He says.

"I love you." I say.

"I love you too." He says.

I just wrapped my arms around his neck and kissed him and then we heard voices.

"So this is why you dont want me around." Neal says.

"Neal I can explain." I say.

"This is why you changed your mind." Milah says to Killian.

"Please I will explain." Killian says.

Neal and Milah both walked away and Killian and I just stood there. We decided to let them go so we could be together.

Writer's POV

Emma and Killian were together now and for a week they have gotten to know their daughter. While everything was going great something went bad. Emma's mother came back to meet her granddaughter, Killian's father and brothers came to meet Mackenzie as well. As the whole group was hanging out at Snow and David's house there was a knock on the door that changed their lives.

"Who are you?" Snow asked the man.

"My name is Silver and this is my wife Cruella and I believe you guys have our Mackenzie." Silver says.

"No! No! Dont let then take me please." Mackenzie says crying.

"She doesnt want to be with you." Killian says.

"Too bad she is ours and unless you want the cops to deal with this and arrest you all for kidnapping I suggest you give to us." Cruella says.

"No dont. Please." Mackenzie whines again.

"You cant take her." Emma says.

When they all wouldnt let them take Mackenzie away the cops were called and they were forced to. As everyone was yelling trying not to have them take her. Silver and Cruella didnt care what Emma or anyone was saying they just walked pasted them and took Mackenzie away. Leaving Emma, Killian, and their families and friends hurt. They didnt want to say goodbye, but they were forced to and that hurt them all, but it crushed Emma and Killian the most because once again they had to let their daughter go.
